The first visit to pick up a prescription was extremely a 5 star visit. The people were friendly, positive and most of all just nice…A gentleman came out due to a slight change that I wanted, he was didn’t hesitate to just do it to my satisfaction. We have since ordered items and will be a customer for future undertakings…

I agree with all of the positive reviews on here. You will receive excellent customer service from every one at Specialty Care, particularly Kathy who went out of her way to help me when I was really sick. They are all very kind and care for their customers. A great perk is that they do free delivery for select prescriptions, this has helped me MANY times. I worked as a pharmacy technician for more than a decade and you will not receive the same amount of kindness and care at any other pharmacy. And they answer their phones 😉
I wanted to also add that this is the only place I could find Feverall suppositories for my child when she refused oral medication. It was a life saver. They seem to be well stocked in various OTC items.

Really like this pharmacy at first. I spoke with a kind lady about getting my perscription compounded. She told me my insurance would not cover the regular perscription (odd because it does but whatever I needed this perscription yesterday to sustain my pregnancy) this morning I called and so far nothing from the doctor. Called to follow up this afternoon only to find out they called the wrong office. I told them he would be in the wellington office only today, they called the boynton one. When I asked why do I have to have permission for it to be compounded a different lady who I was speaking to sounded confused and put me on hold. Another gentlemen (Arlo or Arie I couldn't tell as he had an accent of some sort) answered and basically lectured me for 10 min straight how I need to call the doctors office myself. I politely told him that was not what I was told I was also told by him that my insurance would cover the non compounded version. I kindly pointed out I was also told the opposite. He continued to rant and rave at me for another 5 min without addressing my concern of one of his employees giving out completely false information. This is a medication that I needed to take yesterday to sustain my pregnancy. I'm sure anyone with a brain and a heart can understand the difficult and emotionally tolling situation I'm in and I didn't find it neither appropriate nor professional, for this gentlemen to not address my concerns at all and to speak over me continously just so he could blame everything on me. I finally hung up the phone while he was still ranting at me because I was in tears after speaking to this gentlemen. Something is wrong when a business has employees that can't address customer concerns but instead blames the customer, the same people who are keeping you in business. And not only that but try to blame THEIR mistakes on a pregnant person simply trying not to experince their 4th miscariage. A little sympathy at the least would have been nice instead of having me be forced to hang up the phone because I was left in tear. I will not being using this pharmacy again unless absolutely necessary and will be telling my friends not to use this pharmacy. Very disappointed. Only giving it two stars not one because I had a relatively good experinc up until this utter disaster.

Really disappointed. I received “expired” ear drops from them, they claimed they weren’t expired that the expiration date on the sticker on the bottle was just a “misprint” but to me if it says expired i won’t risk putting that anymore in my ear and causing harm. They said they’d give me a new bottle for this reason, then when i asked to have it shipped at first they were gladly able to ship for free but expected me to pay for the medication… why would i pay when i already paid for the first time and im being faulted for the misprint on the label of expiration date. they said i would have to return the old bottle, it’s been a month of working and being busy by this time and i moved 45 minutes north, i either lost that medication within my move or threw it out during my move so i didn’t cluster items in the new home. I told them this and the lady on the phone stated that they cant help me then. its kinda crazy that a pharmacy can make an error and im at fault for needing ton pay for a medication twice at their error. So now my ear will continue to bleed , continue to get worse and my hearing will be impaired. If anything happens to me its all because of their initial error. Whether i had the bottle or not its their responsibility as a pharmacy to make sure everything accurate and charging me twice is absurd nor can i afford that so now because of their initial error im at a loss and in a lot of pain. Awful awful experience and honestly any harm or death is at their expense now. Will be taking this further. Crazy to do this to a person in this world right now.
