I completely understand the concern with the opioid crisis especially here in Florida. I have been on the exact same medication and same dosage for over 30 years so I have a lot of medical records and notes verifying my responsible and necessary usage. I have since found a pharmacy, but I just have to tell you how unbelievably nasty this woman was to me when I went to see if I could transfer all of my prescriptions after moving from out of state...across the country actually. This woman with a thick new York accent, refused to give me the time of day and gave me side glances while helping someone else as if I was a drug addict or dealer. Being on these medications is not by choice. Sadly, they are a necessity for my function. I already feel shame about it, but to be vocally shamed in front of other customers was absolutely humiliating. She very rudely said, "you are not a current customer. I can't help you!" I wish I got her name but apparently she's one of the only ones there. The owners daughter maybe? I don't know, but I was utterly disgusted by the woman's behavior. Compassionate care? Definitely NOT here. It's taken me over a year to write this review because I was so humiliated and admitting you need a controlled substance in public is not easy. But I do hope this helps other people like me. These new laws have done nothing but make it impossible for patients who really rely on this pain relief to live a normal life. I have felt abandoned and dismissed. I know I can't be the only one who is struggling with this. I am just relieved that I finally found a place that cares.

The staff is always incredibly prompt and efficient in fulfilling my prescription. The customer service was top-notch, with friendly and knowledgeable staff who went above and beyond to assist me. I highly recommend this pharmacy for their outstanding service.

Really like this pharmacy at first. I spoke with a kind lady about getting my perscription compounded. She told me my insurance would not cover the regular perscription (odd because it does but whatever I needed this perscription yesterday to sustain my pregnancy) this morning I called and so far nothing from the doctor. Called to follow up this afternoon only to find out they called the wrong office. I told them he would be in the wellington office only today, they called the boynton one. When I asked why do I have to have permission for it to be compounded a different lady who I was speaking to sounded confused and put me on hold. Another gentlemen (Arlo or Arie I couldn't tell as he had an accent of some sort) answered and basically lectured me for 10 min straight how I need to call the doctors office myself. I politely told him that was not what I was told I was also told by him that my insurance would cover the non compounded version. I kindly pointed out I was also told the opposite. He continued to rant and rave at me for another 5 min without addressing my concern of one of his employees giving out completely false information. This is a medication that I needed to take yesterday to sustain my pregnancy. I'm sure anyone with a brain and a heart can understand the difficult and emotionally tolling situation I'm in and I didn't find it neither appropriate nor professional, for this gentlemen to not address my concerns at all and to speak over me continously just so he could blame everything on me. I finally hung up the phone while he was still ranting at me because I was in tears after speaking to this gentlemen. Something is wrong when a business has employees that can't address customer concerns but instead blames the customer, the same people who are keeping you in business. And not only that but try to blame THEIR mistakes on a pregnant person simply trying not to experince their 4th miscariage. A little sympathy at the least would have been nice instead of having me be forced to hang up the phone because I was left in tear. I will not being using this pharmacy again unless absolutely necessary and will be telling my friends not to use this pharmacy. Very disappointed. Only giving it two stars not one because I had a relatively good experinc up until this utter disaster.

I am new to the area and was pleased to find a pharmacy so close to me. I have been in need of my medication for months now since this there is a national shortage. After inquiring at 15 or so other pharmacies - I was excited that this location had it in stock! I spoke to a very pleasant gentleman and we talked about the shortage and reasons it was hard to come by and he instructed me to have my Doctor send my script to the location so that he could fill it for me in chewable form. The next day I wanted to check on its status and I called in. A woman answered and she told me that it had not been filled yet and I asked when it would be ready. She responded with "is this telemedicine?" I said yes...and she said THEY DO NOT FILL TELEMEDICINE prescriptions?!? How does this make sense? I have been on the medication for years and I have NEVER heard of this or had an issue with this at any other pharmacy.

Each member of staffing we're so Compassionate and Knowledgeable too! An amazing pharmacy. In an age where people won't even answer the phone, you get personalized service. They have all sorts of things that are great for a quick trip. They always have my medication ready quickly and there are never any issues. The entire staff is friendly and always helpful.I would always recommend getting medication here. The personalized touch is a huge benefit.

Unbelievable experience! The care provided was truly remarkable and unique. I highly recommend visiting this pharmacy for any of your needs...even if you don't live nearby! This pharmacy is absolutely phenomal! The people working there are the kindest, most caring, wonderful people I have ever been luckly enough to have in my life. They go so far and above for their customers that it's unbelievable. I've gone to a lot of pharmacies in my life and this one is so supremely better than any of them. They go out of their way to get you what you need whenever possible. They have ruined me because every other place of business I go to is pitiful in comparison. I've been going to Specialty care pharmacy for the past 2 years, I have to say I'm blown away by the level of service I receive every time. The staff are so friendly and helpful, Kathy and Avi the pharmacists are lovely and knowledgeable.Overall, I would highly recommand this pharmacy to anyone who is tired of being treated as a number and long wait at the big name drug stores, go to Specialty care pharmacy, you will be delighted.
