I recently purchased a bottle of bourbon and scotch and had it sent as a gift(over $265.00). On the scotch bottle I had a “thank you note” written.
I was sent a picture of my gift and To my surprise, embarrassment and disappointment I noticed that my “thank you note” had the word “hospitality” misspelled on the bottle!

Marketing 10/10. Product 3/10. I would be surprised if their bourbon is just Evan Williams bottled in bond with honey, hot spice, or peanut butter flavoring, etc. It looks like repackaged whiskey with added flavoring in a cool bottle with handwritten markers. Would just stick to a normal liquor store. Again, great marketing. Cool looking store.

Excellent customer service and I enjoyed the samples and overall the store is nice and easy to navigate and great liquor most importantly . Will be back and highly recommend.

By far one of the best places I’ve ever been to buy alcohol. The manager Matthew was very respectful and helpful. If you’re looking for a recommendation try the Coffee Cake Liqueur!

My experience at this place was so amazing that I can only remember how great everything was. I Forget the name of the man who help me but I want to mention that they are a great company bc they have great employees and best ways to know if is a good company is by meting the employees and honestly it was my first time there and nothing disappointed me it was just great 🥰🤩😎 thanks for the service and the help that show me that is still places out there with great customer service and good human being. Happy holidays

Amazing store and staff. They had samples of 3 unique combinations of olive oil outside the store so I tried some - delicious!!! I don't drink, but I eat. Mo and her superior customer service skills showed me around the store and explained their offerings. There are 7 stores nationwide, and Boca is lucky to be blessed with one.
Spirits & Spice has a fabulous selection of unique gift sets for the holidays - perfect for all of the cooks in your life.
The store set up is amazing - you won't be sorry you popped in and it will definitely help put a dent in your holiday gift list!!!

We enjoyed our time at Spirits and Spice this afternoon. The sales associate was very helpful! I regret not getting his name, but he was very educated and kind. He told us all about the Balkan whiskey, which was interesting! There was a customer in at the same time as us who was being VERY rude and nasty to him for absolutely no reason and he handled the situation very gracefully. I hope he had a great day despite this woman’s evil spirit. Would definitely return for the products, but even more so for the customer service. I hope management reads this review and gives this man some recognition.

Stopped by Spice and Spirits in Boca Raton for a tasting and was pleasantly surprised. At the store I met Mike, the manager and Larry their sommelier. Larry was incredibly knowledgeable and a great host. I have a background in Food and Beverage so I could appreciate Larry’s professionalism and can confidently say he would run circles around many of his peers. Their selection is incredible. I bought a few items but need to come back and tell my friends.
Do yourself a favor and stop by.
Not your average liquor store, if you can appreciate fine Whiskey/ Whisky and tequila.. do yourself a favor and head over there for a treat… oh they also have amazing spices, olive oils and some other goodies… ?

Great store with unique selection! They have everything from unique specialty whiskey, bourbon, gin, tequila, wine, and even olive oil and balsamic vinegar. You can taste pretty much anything.
We got a thick, rich modena balsamic vinegar aged 18 years that is exceptional. They have such unique finds. The hubby got a unique Florida whiskey made with black Rye only grown in FL.
They pour the olive oils and vinegar freshly for you and wax the bottle cap right there.
Customer service is extremely knowledgeable and passionate, purists at heart, so they might be off-putting to some, but we appreciated the lessons.

What was a simple pass through Boca turned into a wonderful visit to S&S! My boyfriend saw the store and really wanted to check it out. We were greeted by staff and Larry was a huge help in getting my dad a great gift for his 50th- Thorough Bred Stud Bourbon. Of course, I couldn’t leave without a bottle of Gin for myself. I can’t wait to come back and add more spirits to my collection. 10/10 experience. If you’re looking to pass by, go see Larry! He knows what he’s talking about and is very knowledgeable on all the products.

My husband and I and two friends stopped here tonight. My friend and I each bought a small bottle of lavender elixir. The price on the bottle was 9.95. However, Larry, the customer service person rang us up and the and we caught the mistake where the system charged us $20 for the bottle. Larry refused to fix his mistake claiming the system was correct when in fact, he had simply rung us up wrong. My husband noticed him peeling the sticker off of my friends bottle to cover up his mistake. He did not want to refund our money or give us the bigger bottle for the price that we paid. He was also very rude to my friends’s husband when he asked for a sample of vodka, even though we had planned to buy it. I would not recommend the store even though the other gentleman (I did not get his name) helped us and was very professional.
