Very bad experience, they have no idea how to treat consumers. They had the wrong discount price on a shoe, and when I went to pay, they said it wasn't, that it was a mistake. Then I told them to accept their mistake and honor the price. When I looked for the shoe that had the discount, they blamed me or insinuated that I changed the sticker. It's unacceptable that a person like that can be seen as a manager. And also they didn’t give me my receipt. Crazy

This store is being managed by a bunch of kids who think the store is their messy college dorm. Boxes everywhere. We asked for a specific shoe, that was our for sale. We asked for the complete pair since we had one shoe with us. and all of sudden the shoe was “transferred out “.
Very unprofessional crew working in this store.
Upper management should do something in this store. Totally not acceptable.

Michelle!!!!! As a luxury store manager who works for a company in the boca mall, I am absolutely appalled with the hiring that was completed in this store. TERRIBLE costumer service, the girls rather sit on their phone or have personal conversations. I asked for a size and the girl said “that’s it” didn’t even bother checking other stores or online and was very rude when asked. Does this store have conversion? Because no traffic was leveraged while I was in there… do better Steve Madden.

These shoes came from the Boca’s store in the mail obviously already worn and they refused to take them back. Their manager Danielle hung up the phone several times on me. This is the most unprofessional employee I have ever encountered. ??

They are really bad with deliveries! Every date they give you is not correct. They tell you 5-7 days but it takes 20 days a package to arrive! Now I am trying to cancel that order because I am away and they are the most difficult company when it comes to cancellation!!! No custom er satisfaction !!

If I could give zero stars I would. I spent ten minutes in the store and was ignored. I was looking at a pair of shoes holding it in my hand. And had multiple staff walk passed me and not greet me or ask if I needed assistance. Shortly after two females entered the store stood next to me. And they were approached and asked if they needed help when they stated no we are just looking. I was completely annoyed as I wanted the shoes I was holding. I complained to the manager and he stated he didn't approach me either because he thought I was already helped. I let him know no one even spoke to me and I will make my purchase online.

I was there the other day with my mom all of the employees were very helpful i felt that i was overwhelming them by everything i bought but the customer service was great and i appreciated the patience they had for me and my mom because i know i am not easy to deal with
