I had never been into this store despite frequently going to Mizner Park, but I finally did last night and I am so glad I did. Not only is the store lovely, but so is the staff. Lisa helped me with so much care and attention to detail and helped me find the perfect gift for my sister. She went absolutely above and beyond to ensure a positive shopping experience for me. She not only took her time, but she definitely put her heart into it. They’ve definitely gained a loyal customer.

Sugarboo is located in the exclusive Mizner Park shopping center, selling expensive “feel good/positive energy” and other novelty items. Given the “positive energy” feeling they are trying to sell, you would expect a very positive sales and customer service experience. But instead, many of the salespeople are not very friendly, and in some cases, very unpleasant to deal with. This is very mystifying as the typical customer is a repeat customer, with enough disposable income, to spend on the type of products they sell. It would be much better if they could make the shopping and customer service experience more positive, and maybe not risk chaso their repeat customers away.

I had a great shopping experience! I could have stayed longer. There were so many unique, handcrafted items to choose from. I could barely keep my focus. Katelyn was such a pleasure, and did her very best to assist me. She provided patience, understanding, and a vested interest in my home decor. Overall, this store is exceptional. I’m sure I’ll be back very soon.

Love to visit any sugarboo location as soon I see one! This location was very organized and had everything in stock . There's always something special to find for yourself or for gifting . Definitely recommend to go find hidden treasures because there's something for everyone.

I've shopped at this stores many times in the past and had a pleasant experience. However, my husband and I were in the store a few days ago and had an experience where I felt like I was "shopping while black”. One lady followed us around and asked us multiple times if we needed a basket and we said no. Then she came over and literally took items out of hands and said she would place them at the register. I felt completely humiliated as I watched the lady and she didn't do that to anyone else in the store who all happened to be white. My husband and I work extremely hard and are honest people and it is disheartening that this type of phenomenon still happens.

This is the cutest store I have ever been to. They have the best gifts for friends or family. I love the little furniture custom priced they have. The jewelry is all super cute and gorgeous.

We were at Sugarboo about 2 years ago. Store has an amazing selection of tradition and eclectic gifts. We purchased a Ash Gray stained large leather journal to use for our wedding guest book. With the wedding finally happening two years later, we lasered the cover yesterday and the result is attached. Very nice quality leather and a beautiful product! So happy we bought it there:-)
