Angelina was so amazing, helpful and friendly. I am new to this bank but am loving my first few encounters with the entire bank staff. Saturday hours are a great conveniece too.

They do not have a public restroom for customers. As somebody with a medical condition this was a horrible experience.

Usually I don't use this channel to say negative things, but Ms. Christina was the most rude person I met. Rude and unpleasant since the 1st second. If you need to go in person to this bank , just go to another branch.

Great bank and the staff is very pleasant. My parents have been using this bank for many years and they’ve never had any issues or concerns. I recently switched from PNC to Truist and it was the best decision. I highly recommend seeing Daniela if you need to do any business. She helped me open my bank account and helped me apply for a credit card.

Pleasant and helpful staff. Convenient location. Easy parking. No long wait times. So glad they opened near my home and shopping areas in W. Boca.

Horrible place. Just went in for help and one lady was very nice and said the next agent would help me. After several agent walking past and the branch leader at her desk right by the seating area never bothered to get up and try to help, someone just walked in the door and went to an agent office and that agent got right up to help her and left me sitting there and then acted surprised when I said something and walked out. Never again.

So I work for a company and alway come here to do any type of transaction, I walked in and one of the clerks was telling that the system was down, so I thought to leave till one of the gentleman, with a arm tattoo helped me get what I needed anyways, so I really appreciate the customer service...though I was having to go to another bank but the clerk came through for me

Used them for business checking account, they charged 5 overdraft fees for 2 accidental transactions. Not willing to return any of the fees dues to relationship with the bank. Only 1 year old account.Called local branch dozens of times and left 3 voicemails (over 5 day period) and did not get one return call.Will never use again, stay away from this Banking institution.

When I had BB&T I never had any issues. Now that they changed to Truist is nothing but a problem. I haven’t received my business debit card. Many times I call and no one answers. I was finally able to reach someone and they said they would reorder one for me but I still have not received it. I’ve left several voicemails and emails and still have not gotten any response. Very unprofessional, I’m going to look for a new bank.

Really the worst bank I have ever dealt with. Requested a debit card over the phone, it didn’t arrive. Went to this branch and requested it personally, two weeks go by and it never arrived. I go to the bank to check they said it was never requested. The temporary card they issued stopped working. So I asked for a new temporary card. They said they don’t have it and I have to go to a different bank. Terrible service terrible monthly fees. Will be closing my account here.

Got a check of SunTrust when I sold my car to a dealer... Dealer said I could just cash it at any SunTrust Bank with no problem but got to the Bank with no wait line but teller first talked about a fee to cash it out even though is from their own Bank and then said he needed to call the Dealer to confirm more info....So finally after wasting my time cashed out my check when he pleased.
