I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent haircut experience for my daughter. I specifically mentioned to the stylist that I am not a professional and trusted her expertise to determine the best overall cut, while noting that I wanted my daughter’s bangs shortened and the dead ends trimmed. The rest of the haircut was left to her professional judgment.
However, the service provided consisted only of trimming the bangs and cutting approximately one inch from the back. When I asked if that was the entire haircut, she confirmed that it was. The entire appointment lasted roughly two minutes.
While I understand stylists may have different approaches, I was expecting a more comprehensive service for the $25 charged. As it stands, the experience felt rushed and did not meet reasonable expectations for value or professionalism.
I hope you will take this feedback seriously, as it reflects not just the service received on this occasion, but also the importance of maintaining customer trust and satisfaction.

I recently visited Supercuts and had a fantastic experience with my hair stylist Elena. She did an amazing job with my hair, offering fantastic suggestions that worked out great. I was so impressed with Elena's services, and I didn't have to worry about a thing! She truly cares about her clients and it shows in her work. I highly recommend Elena at Supercuts to anyone looking for a great hair stylist.
