Love Swarovski so much! I brought an old necklace here a few years back that needed a replacement crystal. They sent it out for me and came back like new. Very helpful and such good quality jewelry.

The service in THIS store is extremely unprofessional and they are also very lazy. I have shopped at Swarovski ‘s all over the world, including New York and the associates know how to run transactions returns, etc.
this particular store they come up with their own rules, they don’t know how to process transactions nor returns, and they make up stuff
inconsistent and incompetent is their summarization

Came in looking for the 2024 Christmas ornament which they unfortunately didn’t have in stock yet. Although they didn’t have what I wanted, the sales associate was kind and answered a few questions about some figurines my fiancé liked.

You would expect when you go to a luxury store like this, and purchase luxury items that you would get them in a nice box… I have been to Swarovski around the world and then every single store, no matter how big or small my purchase they always put the jewelry I purchased into a nice box. And not just that then they put it in a bag and they put tissue paper in the bag. I leave feeling like I just got a present which I think is the point.I went into the town center mall store today to have another piece of jewelry has some crystals replaced. They told me I had to pay for that because it was not on my account…? I said, how am I supposed to make it go on my account I’m not working behind the computer they said it’s probably just the person working that day so now I have to pay for Crystal that came out of the necklace that is supposed to be covered because somebody did not do their job. Anyway, while I was there, I saw a necklace that matched the earrings that I already have that I got in a nice box by the way, I was absolutely shocked to see how he gave me this necklace not tissue paper in the bag. nothing it looks like I went to a flea market inside of Walmart, I will show you the pictures it does not look like I just spent a couple hundred dollars on a necklace. It looks like I spent two dollars on a piece of jewelry at Walmart. He did not look up at me when the purchase was done. He did not say thank you to me when the purchase was done and I’m sure he works on commission. I originally put three stars but after writing this, I decided to change it down to one.

Because of my work, I visit this store from time to time, I didn't look at the prices because I assumed they were very expensive. One day when I was waiting for the manager, busy with a client, I was surprised, because the prices are not that high for the beauty products on sale.

It was great getting a premium jewelry shopping experience from the team over at Boca Raton. The staff was accommodating of my unfamiliarity with the brand and accessories in general.In the end I was matched with pieces that were a perfect fit into my aesthetic and lifestyle. I am really excited to continue building my collection. Special shout out to Shamekca and her team member Natasha for being so gracious and patient. Go visit to play and try something new!

I purchased a necklace at this store. I am pleased with my purchase but I had a couple of questions. I have called this location several times but no-one answered the phone. I have called at all different times and know that they are open because their business hours are listed on google. Do the employees purposely ignore the phone??
