We had a great experience with Tammy Venter. She communicated with us regularly throughout the process and always responded to our questions or concerns quickly.
Thanks to her knowledge of the market, she saved us from locking in to early during the craziness of the tariffs. In the end she got us a great rate that we're very happy with.
Even though we were nervous and asked her questions virtually everyday, she was always pleasant and calm.

The Close of my new condo was a nightmare. There were delays from the Master Insurance policy agent, Association and Property Management. It took more than 2-months. And all along the way Tammy Venter of guaranteedRate kept pushing these slackers to get us the Master Insurance policy signed off so that I could get the loan approved and finally close.
