TD Bank employee in Boca Raton on Federal Hwy asking for personal information while none TD customer would like to deposit small amount of cash to friends account, saying that this is a “ new rule “ . When asked since when this new rules apply, employee it’s not able to provide legitimate answer or produce this new rules in writing to confirm that request is legitimate.
There is Federal Law that applies to cash over $10K.
Anyway, employees not able to provide satisfactory answer to the public, nor can provide in writing.
Generally TD is not the Bank to be recommended to the public, specifically Boca Raton branch on Federal Hwy.

First time I went to this branch I walked in and I found tellers so slow that you could root yourself while waiting. 8 months later I gave them another chance, this time with the drive through. Worst experience I have in at least 5 years!. I was ALONE waiting for 15 minutes to make a check deposit! That's a really LOOONG time to be looking at an empty window. Explanation: we are short staffed. Maybe u should close the drive through then?. They did have a "call" button but apparently there was an acoustic problem inside because it was 100% ignored each time it was pushed...

So they remodel have 3 associates at the line but they are all doing work that could be done at the nice pretty offices they built and just do simple banking deposits or cashier's check etc at the line .

I love banking at TD, and use their other branches. But it is impossible to get this branch on the phone.

This bank takes a MINIMUM of 3 business days to cash a check. It would actually be laughable, if it wasn’t so pathetic. I was asked when the check would finally cash I said “I don’t know, hopefully by next week.”The cash reader, if not the entire ATM at this location, rarely if ever works. I have gone into this location TWICE to close my savings account, since I am just charged $5 monthly for zero benefit or use, and they waste my time and downright lie about closing the account. I am still billed and this supposedly twice closed account is still open, again, time and energy outright wasted, and flat out lied to that the account was closed. I’d suggest a different bank if you’re looking for even the bare minimum.

Getting tired of this bank, they're always overdraftung my account even with over draft protecting. Let alone my account It's literally been a week since i got my Christmas bonus, and everyone in the companys check cleared, but mine its literally the same company that does my direct deposite so whats real the deal

I have never had issues with TD bank as an entity but will say I avoid this branch AT ALL COSTS. It is well worth anyone and everyone's time to drive however long it is to the next branch. I have never experienced anything even resembling a halfway pleasant experience with their employees or its manager. :( THE WORST!!! They don't care about you or anything for that matter, never are trying to do their job in a timely manner, and are very typically rude & extremely hostile without provocation. The most unfortunate thing about it all is there will never be anything done about it as their manager there is exactly like all her employees. ...... Love TD though!

The worst branch of the worst bank. Branch manager is EXTREMELY rude. Staff is so slow and never welcoming. I would drive an extra 25 miles to go to a different branch.

Blake Mustain an employee often located at this branch is everything wrong with big-banks banks, except at a very local level. I find Blake smirky, pompous, and makes one feel like someone else is more important. TD.....Please get rid of Blake Mustain.

There’s a grotesque woman there who is very rude by the name of Alana Sprinter. Not only is she rude, she racially profiled me as a young black woman. She placed lies on the details of my account causing for the closure of my account. I came in to deposit a check, she looked at the amount of the check and then handed it back to me saying there would be an extended hold placed on the check so I would be better off cashing it at a check cashing store. Weird. Turning away customers? I ended up cashing it at BOA however. That was very weird to me, so the following day I call TDs customer service number just to be told the teller Alana Sprinter placed a restriction on my account......even MORE STRANGE because that was never discussed nor was there a reason, I was told to go in to another TD branch so I did the following Monday to see what I can do to remove the restriction and deposit the cash, just to be told Alana Sprinter noted my account implying I was unwilling to sign a form or give an address. VERY VERY VERY STRANGE. That is racially profiling and I will be sure this is brought to the attention of many
