I have 2 loans with TD. How they call themselves “Americas most convenient bank” is beyond me. They don’t have online services for your loan, no statements or tax documents. Instead they use the ole’ pony express snail mail. Or for fun you can drive to a branch to get the statements, hoping the person TD sends statements to are working when you need them. Get real, it is 2025, figure out how to have online documents TD Bank. All my other financial companies have online access.

Worst TD experience to date. My debit card expired and I never received a new one. The associate said you can just go to the app and request a new one, having no understanding that a replacement card should automatically be sent when one is expiring. Next, he never even asked for ID when giving me information or a new card. When I escalated this to Molly, his supervisor, not only could she not tell me why a card was never issued, she didn’t seem to care that this entire experience was un acceptable. Time to leave TD.
And yet another miserable experience with Molly…months later. Not sure why she is allowed to work with the public.

not sure why folks are upset about this branch! they are very friendly and ready to help!
the biggest issue is that TD Bank deactivates your card if not used for 6 months without giving any notice and without sending a new card. wish I knew that beforehand as that's a terrible policy.

Please do not go there they really lazy and unprofessional. I was the only one there and nobody wanted to help me, and when this white lady decided to help she was giving me attitude and I could feel that she didn’t really want to help me . I had to walk away to go to a different location .

The ATM outside the bank consistently refuses to accept my cash deposits. I will leave a negative review every time this issue occurs if it’s not resolved

The manager at this location is awesome. I had several problems at a different branch and as soon as I walked in and started voicing my concerns, the manager went out of his way to do the right thing and help me out. I greatly appreciate it. Thank you so much!!

The folks at TD professional and efficient. I’ve opened multiple accounts and used a variety of services with them. Everything was done at my convenience and it was done right the first time.
I highly recommend any other business owner use Will Fuller and his staff at this TD location for all their banking and finance needs. It’s a real treat to have such tailored and personal service in a world full of automation.

Absolutely terrible experience. If I could give zero stars to William the store manager I would. His level of customer service is absolutely unacceptable and it's a shame that he represents this company. He's an embarrassment to TD bank and should be let go. I recently closed my account and happily took my business elsewhere. I'll let the corporate office know what is going on at this branch and hopefully they'll be making a change to the staff sooner than later.
