This was my 1st time at The Container Store. I loved it š ā¤ļø !!! I assumed it would be very expensive, but they had amazing sale prices and fairly reasonable prices on their inventory. I loved their color coded containers !

The things they have are great but itās a bit overpriced in my opinion. It is very fun and enjoyable to walk around and see their display and buy some small things that you like. It gives a bit feeling like shopping in MUJI. I didnāt interact with the staffs since I prefer browsing alone. Checking is smooth. Would go again

If it was not for Andrea I would never walk into the container store again. Andrea is above a 5 star rating. However the Container Store has policies that are antiquated to say the least.
I was supposed to get a garage cabinet delivery to Florida however it went to Texas. The store manager did not have the courage to call me but had Andre call and explain the error on the same day the delivery was expected to arrive. Cowards. Not managers.
Next I ordered master bedroom closets. Andrea did a great job with the design and the install guy was great.
The garage material finally arrived all wrapped up on a wooden pallet. The installer came to my gated development without any id. He was turned away. Fortunately another group of installers were able to come and complete the install. They did a very good job. However they are not allowed to remove their dirt. As you can see by the pictures it was a huge amount of boxes and a wooden palate that had to be removed. I called the container store to request that they send someone to haul the material away. I called them in the am and was told I had to pay for the trash pick up. It did not sit well with me. Itās 2 days later and I have still not heard from them. It was brought to my attention by another employee that the units I purchased have a clause that I must find a way to dispose of the trash. Ok I did not read it properly. So here I am a 77 year old woman dragging the used boxes and pallets off for the trash pick up
I felt the need to relate my experience. The store needs push back on their lack of customer service. The managers are very helpful but hide when a decision has to made. For them to ādelegated ā to my sales person only shows me their lack of management skills Iām still waiting for an apology from the first error. Let alone a return phone call.

I was unfairly accused of fraud when my cards didnāt work due to a register issue. A second register processed the payment without problem, but the manager never apologized. The experience was unprofessional and distressing.

We purchased a new refrigerator and it didnāt come with a meat and cheese drawer so after some research I found that the container store has a drawer that is perfect for the fridge every one in the store was nice and pleasant

Last Sunday, we visited the Boca Raton store, and when we reached the cashier, Julie assisted us. We inquired about the ongoing sale and wanted to know the final prices of the items. Julie provided minimal information and was uncooperative when we asked for details. We were left frustrated and had to become quite to get the information we needed and gave us a snarky look and was downright miserable. She looks as if she hates her job. Weāre just wanted to leave and didnāt challenge her about her lousy customer service. I should have spoke up and asked to speak to the Manager, we didnāt and just left

Very friendly staff... Was there with my large family over the weekend and the staff noticed us. Each one of the staff who ran into us greeted us. Was a nice experience.
