I was very close to having a terrible experience, but the customer service rep turned it around. I ordered tires through their sales line and I needed all four to be changed on my car. They booked me for the next day, so I scheduled a day off with my job to take care of this. When I called in to confirm the appt the next day I was told that only 3 tires were there and the last one would arrive the day after. I was naturally very frustrated with this after already scheduling my day off to take care of this. The customer service rep understood my situation and worked her magic to find a 4th tire from a local warehouse and get it rushed over to the shop same day. I thankfully was able to get all 4 tires changed out that day.Props to Kailey for her work in helping me get this resolved. When I was there I noticed she was all by herself taking calls, talking to customers, coordinating with the mechanics out in the garage, and cleaning! Tire Kingdom, this is an employee you want to keep!

Dave and Jacob immediately assisted us upon arrival, they were both very thorough when looking at the nail that got stuck in my tire and both worked as a team to get us in and out in 15 minutes with a new tire and we were on our way.Thank you guys so much we’re sohappy we landed in your shop today!

David (Manager) is always honest and very helpful. Employee Jamal was able to find the issue with my tire within minutes and get it fixed. Everyone is always very courteous. I HIGHLY recommend this Mavis/Tire Kingdom location. The best around!

I am so grateful for the professional service that I received from Tire Kingdom! They ordered my tire and it arrived the next day and it only took about 20 minutes for them to change it out and get me back on the road. What an amazing team! If you are in need of new tires or get a flat and need help this is the place to go!!!!!!!!!!

Great service, Donny greeted me at the door, came out and looked at my car. Was very nice and helpful. Offered multiple options of tires with varying prices. I called many tire shops in the area this one had the best prices. Very quick service too.

Called about a nail in my tire. Scheduled me right in. Great customer service from Kailey at the front desk. The manager David wasinformative and very generous to help in anyway. Honestly the best customer service I've had at any Tire Kingdom. The waiting room was also nice and spacious.

Another excellent experience at TK in Boca Raton (Spanish River). I have used this location several times for tire service and I and always completely happy with the service and work. The staff here is very good at communicating throughout the service. I highly recommend this company at this location.

You always here how you get taken advantage at mechanic shops,…well…they struck once again!My car needed an oil change and I also had them run an analysis of my dashboard lights because they were starting to light up like a Christmas tree.Oil change cost, $150 for the analysis plus labor.After getting my car…all they told me was I needed new tires, needed a new A/C filter and that they didn’t see anything else wrong with it.Clearly they never ran a test on my car and just charged me for it anyways.My lights never stopped blinking and my car started acting up even more. LUCKILY I can count on Spanish River Auto Repair to ACTUALLY care, take the time & fix the real problem with my car.With the analysis test I had paid at tire Kingdom, they should have been able to find the problem and fix it but they didn’t.So my suggestion is to avoid going there at all cost. It’ll cost you a whole lotta money and it’ll be a waste of time.This is not the first time I’ve had an issue with this company. I decided to give them another try but it was not worth it and they cost me more money.Unprofessional

Donnie served me at the front desk and he was great...I was a walk-in and got me in and out in under an hour. He was understanding of the importance of time and that's a rare quality in this industry. Appreciate Donnie and the team over at Spanish River.

Had an excellent experience at Tire Kingdom this morning. The manager, Dave, was cordial, knowledgeable, responsive, and timely in determining the course of action regarding my flat tire. The service associate, Jamal, was professional, had superb attention to detail, and timeliness.

Was driving on I-95 from Fort Lauderdale to Jupiter and a low tire warning light came on in my SUV. I looked for closest tire store, exited the freeway and found Tire Kingdom off Spanish Road. They quickly checked my tires and determined there was no nail in any tire. They were just low. Store manager and shop worker were amazingly nice and helpful and had me out of there in 2 minutes and refused to let me pay them. Great guys. Which I lived closer I would take my car there every time I needed tire service.

Amazing quick service! Purchased 4 brand new Firestone tires back in March, along with extra protection for blowouts and nails. Got a nail in one of them and headed over 1 hour before they were closing. No gimmicks, they fixed it immediately. I’ll definitely be back for my next set! Thanks Donald and the team at Tire Kingdom Boca Raton!

These guys are awesome. I went in with my flat tire, got it replaced all in less than 30 minutes. Donny at the desk made it the process quick. When I brought my tire back to my car, I planned on changing it out myself but the guys in the shop, Mike specifically, offered to do it for me which really helped out on time.

Highly recommend this location. I did a walk-in visit to get a new battery. The wait was not long at all. The guys there are nice and friendly. They also had the best warranty for car batteries compared to other locations.
