Manager was not very understanding as i did not have a form of identification and my father did have his identification he made all of us leave and did not serve my father as i did not have my id i do not drink i feel very upset as does my father is very upset caused us a headache as we drove all the way here to this location definitely no more business from me and my family

Agree about bad service. Snooty clerks and cashiers acting out like they're doing you a favor rather than minding their (minimum wage) yobs.

Terrible service, wish I'd read the reviews before going there to shop.
After being ignored by a cashier - an old lady with glasses blissfully counting change while I stood there with a cartful of bottles, I moved towards the counter with the (supposedly) the manager to pay for the purchase. My complaint to him about the feckless cashier elicited zero reaction - the clueless clown remained nonchalant, did not even offer an apology. Probably gets a lot of practice hearing from the unhappy customers...
In any case, I am finished with them, will never spend another dime at this joint. There is no shortage of liquor stores in Florida. Keep it up and with this attitude these rude comedians will find themselves on the street soon enough.

So Total Wine and more…. No More…. Empty today …. No customers…. Only me and one other person…. No one is greeting us in the store. I finally made it to the register.. two of your employees were to busy discussing nothing at the register. I couldn’t figure out what register to go to. Your employee was sick, sneezing 🤧 and coughing all over alcohol bottles and me. She was not wearing a mask, talking to her pal (another associate) sneezing again. You have enough alcohol in your store to sanitize your employees in and out. Can’t wait to go home and share your germs with my sick and elderly parents. “Customers are top priority for you! “

What a rip off. So I ordered from total wine Boca 4 bottles of bourbon and 3 cases of liquor show up… I did the right thing and refused the order because it was not mine. Then I get a notice email that it was returned because I was not home. I called and had to wait 30 minutes to get a refund and they would only refund me the bourbon not the delivery fee or tip … they said I was not home. I have the driver on video delivering the wrong order. Manager refused to get on the phone said it was not his problem. I am so done with total wine rip offs.

I have been a customer at this store for many years. Great selection and good prices. The problem is the lack of customer service. They never have enough cashiers and some of the ones they do have don't have a clue because they have not been properly trained. I have visited the store on several Monday mornings and there is no one at the customer service desk. This is just a very poorly run store. There are many other places to purchase wine so I am done here. I will probably get the usual response that we are sorry yada yada. Nothing changes .
