Decent luggage but terrible customer service! Can’t talk to a live person and email customer support takes at least a week!Updating my rating to 4 stars because I finally got a call back and they then did a great job of shipping me my replacement part.

just had a wonderfully easy experience with Travelpro replacing one of my pieces that ripped while under waranty. Yora was my Customer Service rep and she was great. Definately reccommened Travelpro.
