I called them a number of times to have a hitch put on my jeep can never get a hold of them and they never call you back. Sorry.

The person helping me was reeking of alcohol at noon. I returned the truck early with a little more gas than I picked it up and they still charged me for two gallons. Ridiculous. I’ve used U-haul a lot and this is the first time I’ve had a bad experience.
