The person helping me was reeking of alcohol at noon. I returned the truck early with a little more gas than I picked it up and they still charged me for two gallons. Ridiculous. I’ve used U-haul a lot and this is the first time I’ve had a bad experience.

I would give it -5. There's someone named Bill who works here. He's incredibly rude. I ordered a truck online for 24 hours with pickup at 9.30. I finish my business and don’t make it by 9.30. At 10 this man calls me and asks where I am, I said that I would be there within an hour, to which he told me that someone else could take this truck right now. When I asked how many people want to take this 15-foot truck from him right now, he didn’t answer anything. Having arrived to pick up the truck at 11.25, I heard that there was no truck and I needed to look for it in another location. I have not received any notifications from I-haul. Let him prosper without me. Good luck Bill

Used this location to drop off a truck after a long move! Horrible horrible horrible!!! There are no signs indicating anything U-Haul related. It is behind the most random little building . Not to mention the space behind the building is so narrow and tight any of the bigger trucks will have a super difficult time fitting. After about 30 minutes a guy from Boca box company (think) ended up coming out and helping us he was great and that's the only reason why I'm giving them two stars otherwise they would have zero.

dont bother to make a reservation they send you elsewhere reserved for a location within a mile of home they changed it to 17 miles away and nothing else available day before my move terrible customer service from 800 number had no choice buy yo accept the new location not at all satisfiedwith this company

I drove 4 hours to pick up a trailer which we reserved to be told they don't have one nor can they give us their van or box truck. We have to drive all the way back home to rent one amd bring it back as according to the service member there, no uhaul is looking for 1 way rentals.
