Unfortunately, the day I scheduled to pick up the trailer was unavailable. I had to pick it up the day following, which was unacceptable as I was on a schedule and relied on Uhaul to be accurate with their timing.
Deliver the vehicle for customer on time.

Several great experiences with this company in the past few months. Walter is efficient and friendly, the staff is helpful, the vehicles are well-maintained, and the location is convenient. Definitely will be using their services again.

I'm driving a semi 18 wheeler, sometimes when u can't make it to the residential area I have to rent a small truck n switch the load to the little ,I'm using this place all the time ,great service great location to park to leave the semi safely without worry
but this time Walter ...n again Walter was really proving me that he really understands what is it for a driver to find a place like that

Traveled almost 50 minutes outside of our way to get this specific trailer we needed. The manager Manny and the gentlemen who helped load, Vicente, made the trip worth it. Despite our many questions they patiently answered them all and helped us in a timely manner. Despite the distance I wouldn’t hesitate to pick up at this Boca location again.

Best in boca. Always have either the truck or trailer I need. Pick and drop couldn't be any easier. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely will continue using this location for all my Uhaul needs.

Fantastic service! Lisa was so helpful and was extra accommodating when I needed to add extra miles to our trip. James, the manager, was a pleasure to work with as well. Personalized care and walked through every step of the rental process.

I have used this location a few times and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I am in and out quickly and on my way to moving. I will continue to use them as the need arises.

The lady at the counter has zero people skills and is borderline rude. They had to bring out 3 different trucks before finally providing one that was actually able to be rented out. After wasting 20-30 minutes there on a booking that was done online, using our account which has all our information, we should have been in and out in 5 minutes. The truck was given to us basically with empty fuel. As a matter of fact, every truck we have ever rented from this location always has no gas in it. If this location was not convenient, we would take our business elsewhere.
