I reserved a truck with blankets weeks ago but when I went to pick up they apparently had rented out the blankets I reserved. I found this location to be unreliable. Would not use them again.

The lady who checked us in was AWESOME! Super friendly and very helpful! I would def use and recommend this location again. Everything from reserving and getting the vehicle (cargo van) to drop off was a breeze. Nothing needs to improve! A++

The gas reading was very misleading. As a result, I did not correct it on my outbound inspection. And despite putting MORE gas in than I used, I got charged an additional $10.50 for refueling. As many times as I use U-haul shame on me. I will definitely be looking for other truck rental options going forward.

Bad service, there is only one guy receiving the trucks and making the reservation. The guy only accept online reservations.
