This store has a “nice” policy. They charge for just a piece of tape... I think this is extremely petty.

Very Disappointed – Avoid This Location
We had a terrible experience at this UPS Store. The employees were extremely rude and kept giving us false information. We shipped a package that arrived completely ruined, despite having purchased insurance.
When we tried to file a claim online, the tracking number didn’t work. We went back to the store for help, and they told us they would file the claim for us — but they never did. We followed up multiple times, and it was clear they had no intention of helping us resolve the issue.
Very unprofessional. This place is a joke and completely lacks customer service. Do yourself a favor and use a different location.

UPS is always helpful and knowledgeable about shipping and they’re very delicate with packaging.

I'm from out of state and needed to get some documents notarized. My father's bank recommended this location since they have witness available on-site. This is a busy store, so I was surprised to read some of the negative reviews. In my experience, the staff were professional and courteous. honestly, it seemed like some of the customers were the ones being rude, maybe it was due to the Florida heat.

I went there and ask for a document printed . I specifically ask to be from and back of the ID in the same page , very easy task to do . They did not do this , so I asked for a refund and they denied it even though this didn’t worked for me

Very slow and rude. Also wanted to charge me $2 for one piece of tape to tape up the box. No other UPS store ever charged me for that. Support a different UPS store.

Asked the guy to tape two boxes like they have always done and he wanted to charge me $7. Nice scam operation they have going on here. What happened to helping customers who waited in line for 20 minutes??? Disgusting!!!

Worst UPS store i have ever been to. Biggest scan. 5 bucks to print out a page!! Theives !! Never ever again.

I've scanned at least 3 returns recently, and they never left the state of Florida. That store is a complete mess, and extremely unorganized. I'd rather drive 10-15 to another location, and I literally live 3 mins away.

The most expensive UPS store ever.UPS needs to take this guy's license.I Paid for little envelope $3 to use computer $5 plus you plus you pay for gages u print customer service it's not good at all.
