I only write 1's (warning to public) and 5's (research/experience, GO HERE). I have used this store only for my Amazon returns for the last 6 years which are frequent. This is an update to the previous 5. In the past Amazon has made mistakes not acknowledging returns and the store explained how I would get the credit anyway. But yesterday Amazon made a colossal mistake (I can tell by their emails) and I ran into the store today and the manager, Axel fixed it in 5 seconds! Even when the lines are out the door, ALL of these employees are so friendly, patient (I don't print labels) and humble that I never knew Axel was the manager. I've read the bad reviews. Good businesses suffer when people unfairly take out their frustrations. I promise you there's no excuse to have a bad experience here. Ask for Alex if you have an issue. PS. You can also scan your own returns.

I went into my local ups store today, and my experience was so horrible that I am still in shock.. the rudeness was indescribable.. rude and condescending and disrespectful.. racism to the core.. general I don’t let these things bothered me, but this was disgraceful..this is the one on palmetto in Boca Raton…

The clerk at the UPS Store in Boca Town Center was on the phone when I walked in and acted like I was a bother when she finally helped me. She was unfriendly and not willing to explain things clearly. I left and went to the UPS Store in Coral Springs instead, where the staff was much more helpful and professional. Attitude matters—I won’t be coming back to the Boca location

This UPS store wanted $3.20 to print my UPS label from an email. Better than the $5 the other UPS store wanted - still ridiculous! But I give 4 stars because they were friendly!!
