I had a disappointing experience at this UPS store. The customer service person, a red head (so I don't get someone else in trouble) was extremely rude when I asked about the $7.99 fee for printing an Amazon return label. When I inquired why it was so expensive, he suggested I could print it at home on a regular sheet of paper and just tape it to the box. However, when I asked why I couldn't do the same at the store and other inquiries, he just kept repeating 'ma'am, it's $7.99' without any further explanation. He did this about 12 times, no exaggeration. It felt like he wanted me to feel like an idiot, quite dismissive and unprofessional.

UPS store owner only provided me with an option to send envelope (10x11x0.1) roughly 1 ounce with USPS expedited shipping ($55). In with there is another more affordable option which is USPS priority shipping which can range from $18-23 depending on destination. I feel extremely offended by this gentleman actions for attempting to overprice and not provide options for customers.

An amazing level of customer service! I entered the store right at closing time regarding an emergency with a package delivery. Trevor stayed after hours to problem solve and help me with a situation that didn't even directly involve the store! Thanks to his compassion and work ethic, I was able to have a situation fixed that I was unable to fix on my own or through the customer service number. Fantastic culture at this store!!!

I shipped the package here today and a gentleman named Trevor helped me. It was a very smooth process and I have to say I left the UPS store in a better mood than I arrived. He helped me understand certain aspects of my complex order and was just a good vibe all around. Very professional. Highly recommend this location for shopping.

I have been coming to this store for years. Trevor is always courteous, helpful and in a great mood. In addition the store is clean and I am typically in and out quickly. In a day where customer service is fading Trevor continues to be awesome.

Nonexistent customer service and very rude. Go to the other location on 2nd street to save your frustration even if it is a bit further away.

This location seems to find a new way to lose my business each time I go in there. Eight dollars to print a label and another eight dollars to use their tape is a bit over the top for a shipping business.

This location can get busy, but any line moves quickly due to the assiduous efforts of their amazing team! No matter what attitude customers bring in along with their packages, Trevor greets each with respect and kindness as he efficiently serves their needs.
I was genuinely surprised to read the negative comments and low reviews. I have only experienced superior service and heard accolades from other customers in the store. Perhaps the negative reviews result from of a lack of patience and empathy towards this hard working and caring staff.
