This UPS store is a rip off. I used a different ups store near Mizner and it was 5 times cheaper, yes , 5 times . It’s happened twice and I will never go back there .

This place is a rip off, I have been here 3 times, first time gentleman said it would be 10.00 to ship back to Amazon after Amazon told me it was free, I then read him what instructions Amazon wrote, and then he said ok, next time was the same event, most recently went to return tires which Amazon told me DID NOT NEED TO BE BOXED, he continued to tell me each tire has to be boxed and sent that way… the guy is a fraud and I hope Amazon takes him off as a vendor, my next call will be to Amazon for my complaint.

Went here to return sneakers from Amazon. Unfortunately, the refund required printing a label and wouldn’t give me another option. The gentlemen told me it would cost $6 to print the label and $8.99 to purchase the tape (I had the box it came in, I literally just needed one piece of tape to close it). When I asked why, he said liability. Can someone explain to me the liability? Don’t go here. Other UPS stores will definitely have a more human response and want to help. There’s a UPS down the street next to Mizner that’s 100x better and always helps if needed.

The employees here must be treated really badly because they all look upset and angry. They will not smile or say hello. It is a very small store and when you walk in you feel the negative energy.

Ripped off - manager tried to charge me 84 dollars for a large shipment and went to UPS store up the street and got same shipping options for 40. In talking with the other store it appears this is common and this store has had multiple issues in the past. Go up the street

I had such an amazing experience with Joey he was so helpful and kind. Help me ship my package and gave me all the information regarding my shipment in a timely fashioned. If you want great quality customer service definitely come to this ups it’s the service here is awesome .

Make you spend ~$10 to tape a box for what is supposed to be a free return. They won’t even tape on the return label I brought printed. Guy was obnoxious about it too. FedEx Office up the street is much friendlier and tapes your stuff for free.

The manager Joey is a jerk. My son mailed a package here, Joey received it, signed for it, held on to it for 24hrs and then returned it to sender. He claims it’s because I didn’t have a PO Box there even though the other UPS store in Boca and a representative at their 800# told me it would be fine for us to ship it there. I paid $200 for a large box to be sent to me and now I have to track it down and try to reroute back to me. The entire time I asked him how could I resolve this situation he kept telling me to call the 800# and then when I said I’m here like they told me to- he says, “well I have nothing to do with the 800#!” It’s like which is it? He just talked in circles and was unwilling to help solve an issue he contributed to. Ridiculous! Joey was rude, aggressive, nonchalant and completely unprofessional!! This is his franchise location- I highly recommend that you do not spend a dime here!

I went there to mail a return back to amazon I needed a medium size box. So the guy came out and said that is $40.00 for the box.At first I thought he was kidding but he wasnt. So I went to the ups store next to CVS by fresh market. The guy came out that will be $7.00 even wrapped my up my return and taped it, Super nice guy and fair with prices.

They Over charge based on the weather of the day, same services cost different prices, the guy is SUPER rude, printer doesn’t work or they don’t have wifi for services half of the time. Their closed during “open business hours”. It’s the closest to me so I set things to the side but last time I was in while preparing my packages a man and son came in wanting notary services. He told them $100 a signature. 6 signatures needed. The customer was in shock and he just makes a smug face and goes “??♂️ inflation”. That’s a service that requires nothing else, has nothing to do with inflation, just greed. That was my last visit. Will drive out of the way for a competitor here on out.

Tried to charge me for 6 inches of tape. This owner is not only cheap, he’s so stupid. Just read the reviews on how many people can’t believe this guy is ‘the face of the franchise’ for UPS. Drive a mile south to UPS store that knows customer service.

Beware. This guy gauges. He tried to charge my wife $98 to send a document to our son. The UPS Store down the street charged us $36. UPS corporate should look into this franchisee's practices since their name is on the door.
