On December 27, 2024, I visited the UPS Store located in the Polo Club Shops at 5030 Champion Blvd, Suite G-11, Boca Raton, FL 33496. I had a few returns to process. Upon arrival, I informed the owner that I would step up to the counter once my labels were ready to be scanned so she could assist other customers in the meantime and avoid holding up the line.
Unfortunately, the owner made an error by placing the wrong label on the wrong package. I requested her to retrieve the package, which was in a gray envelope, explaining she didn’t need to read the addresses for each one. She became increasingly frustrated and eventually told me she had the right to refuse my business. She also suggested that next time, I label my packages outside the store before coming in or to take my packages elsewhere.
During my visit, I also noticed her being impatient and raising her voice at an elderly customer. The customer needed to call her daughter-in-law to confirm an address for a holiday trip and pleaded for the owner to show a little patience.
This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced rude and disrespectful behavior from the owner and her sister, who I believe also works there. This kind of attitude is no way to run a business and certainly does not align with the high standards expected from the UPS brand. Their behavior only personifies their lack of professional and class.

1. Long lines, help is slow. No one comes to help , but stay on back.
2. Dont buy shipping labels there, unless you want to pay over double vs online sellers,

I have been to many UPS locations and have rarely had any problem whatsoever. They are usually helpful and ready to solve problems like printing a label from an Iphone. If you want a brick wall, this is your go-to location. There are 3 no-can-do's in this particular location. Whatever you ask like printing a label from an iphone, they will tell you it just doesn't work. Then, if you send them the label via email, they will again tell you they can't open the email. This has never happened and I've done it at many locations around the country probably more than 50 times.
Are they that incompetent or are they just nasty? This is anyone's guess.This the ultimate no-can-do UPS location and you will sense it the minute you walk in. They kind of have it stamped on the door. Good Luck!
ADDENDUM TO THIS REVIEW:
Today August the 14th/24, one day after this 2 trip fiasco I went to the UPS location on west palmetto rd. I was in and out in less than 3 minutes. A very pleasant, professional young man did not understand why they could not print this "corrupt" label from AMAZON.
This is what professionals do, they solve problems!!!!

Manny is the only person there that is professional and friendly. I will only go to him moving forward. There is an older woman there who seems to be new that has given me attitude every single time I go there to drop a package off. She must be very unhappy with her life to treat customers the way that she does. She really should not be working in any social environment with that kind of demeanor.

Last month I gave Ryan one set of headlights, one headlight and car parts in 3 separate boxes. I gave him 2 UPS labels from my account. I specifically gave him instructions on which items were going where and I repeated myself 4 times. I paid well over $100 for him to pack, label and get it out. Yes over $100! Here we are 3 weeks later and the car parts went to the wrong location. I went into the ups store today and he would not take fault at all on any of this nor an apology. He wouldn’t do anything in the beginning. So I told him produce me a label, so I can get the parts from the wrong location sent to the correct location. I’m taken back at how he handled this and I don’t think I’ll be back here again.
