Last month I gave Ryan one set of headlights, one headlight and car parts in 3 separate boxes. I gave him 2 UPS labels from my account. I specifically gave him instructions on which items were going where and I repeated myself 4 times. I paid well over $100 for him to pack, label and get it out. Yes over $100! Here we are 3 weeks later and the car parts went to the wrong location. I went into the ups store today and he would not take fault at all on any of this nor an apology. He wouldn’t do anything in the beginning. So I told him produce me a label, so I can get the parts from the wrong location sent to the correct location. I’m taken back at how he handled this and I don’t think I’ll be back here again.

Arrived at 3:58 pm today (Saturday) and despite posted hours of closing at 4 pm, they refused to let us in. Poor service.

I sent a medium-sized package to NJ from this location for 2-day delivery. A week and a half later, once the undelivered item was found and NOT delivered, I requested to have the package sent back to me here in Boca as the intended receiver left overseas several days after sending the package, hence the 2-day shipping. Ryan, the store manager, processed the return-to-sender for me. He said it would take about a week to get back to this store. After a few days, Ryan called me to tell me the package is on its way back. Two days later Maria calls me to also tell me the package is on its way back. Today, 21 days later (sent Dec 20th) and my package is still not back to me. When I called this store, Ryan, very rudely told me the package looks like it's still in NJ at the destination facility. I told him I was very confused since him and his associate both told me on two different occasions that the package was already in transit back to this store. Ryan told me "I don't know what to tell you... we are not UPS and we are not responsible for your packages." Literally told me that they are NOT UPS and NOT RESPONSIBLE for my package! Now my package that had several hundred dollars worth of Christmas gifts is now missing. Ryan told me he'd call me back with more info, which he did. Now, the latest development is that the package WAS picked up by the original recipient (my father) this past Saturday which is impossible because my father is still overseas. Ryan suggested I called UPS directly (since this UPS store is apparently NOT UPS) and take up the matter with them. I told him that I did this already, twice, and twice UPS told me to contact the originating store from where the package was sent from. Again, Ryan Mydlarz told me they are not responsible and there's nothing that they can do. The kicker is that on Wednesday, Dec 21st, I sent another package via overnight from this same store. That package also went missing and is no longer in UPS's possession. But since this store is "not UPS" there is little to no recourse for me to get my undelivered packages back. Now I am without almost $1000 worth of gifts and about $210 worth of undelivered shipping costs. It's one thing to lose TWO packages but it's disgusting how this Staff (Ryan in particular) handle the situation by being rude and uncompassionate about the mishandling of packages. I suggest that if you have anything other than maybe an Amazon return to ship out, DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION..... especially since they "are not UPS and not responsible for packages sent from this location."

Staff is fine, but store policy's of charging 4 dollars to apply a few pieces of tape is absurd. If you are doing an Amazon free return go somewhere else.

I am very satisfied by the way the staff at this UPS on 5030 Champion Blvd, Boca Raton handled the package that I had to send to Ecuador on an emergency basis. These people really know how to handle their business. Highly recommended, 5 stars, and 100 Points... Thank you!

Terrible service. Owner is rude. Forced us to purchase tape and would not tape the ups package when every other location tapes the box for us. She said “if it was smaller we would tape it.. UPS provides you with tape free for ups shipped products and you want to force customers to purchase materials from your store to upcharge them any chance you get.. Also gave us a hard time with the box that the item was originally shipped in. I will never come back to this location and I encourage others to stay away as well. Read the responses from the owner on other reviews here and you will get a glimpse of the attitude and lack of understanding.

Maria is so rude and I will never come her again. Stay away from this place. Purposely tries to upcharge. Why are you so angry all the time?
