I’ve been coming to this UPS Store for over a year now since it’s right by my office, and I honestly look forward to every visit. Dylan and the entire staff are always so welcoming, kind, and helpful—it’s truly a pleasure walking in there. They’ve created such a well-run, efficient system that makes every visit quick and seamless, even during busy hours.
What really stands out is the level of customer service. They’ve offered to help me carry boxes in from my car more than once, and it’s those little things that show how much they care. Whether I’m doing returns, dropping off packages, or shredding boxes of paper, they’re always on it.
It’s rare to say this about errands, but this location makes the whole experience enjoyable. Huge thank you to Dylan and the team—you all are the best!

My experience over the past two years has varied but primarily has been unpleasant. My encounters with Dylan and Patrick have been great; they are knowledgeable and efficient.
Phyllis, the manager, and Mark (or Mike? cant recall name…short w/tattoos) are the reason I try hard not to have to go to this location; they are brash and impolite.
The location of the store is very convenient though parking is like playing the lottery. Gave them two stars instead of one because typically I am able to complete whatever transaction I entered for while tolerating the mistreatment.

I have been coming to this UPS location for many years. Phyllis is the best and I think knows everyone by their first name. She’s always super helpful and kind. Dylan on the other hand is rude, never smiles and acts like he’s doing me a favor to help me. Not sure after today that I will return to this location.

I’ve been coming to this UPS Store since 2018, and it continues to be one of the most reliable and welcoming businesses around. Patrick, the owner, runs a tight and efficient operation, and with Phyllis and Dylan by his side, they make the perfect team. The three of them are always smiling, always friendly, and consistently go above and beyond—whether it’s helping me with my bags from the car or making sure every package is handled with care.
Whether I’m dropping off Amazon returns or shipping important work materials, I always know I can count on them to ensure everything runs smoothly. Their attention to detail and level of service are exceptional. I’ve even gone out of my way during work hours just to make sure I can drop off my items at this location, because the service and trust are unmatched.
This UPS Store sets the standard for what customer service should be—efficient, friendly, and consistently dependable. Highly recommend.

I do everything in my power to avoid coming to this store because of how rude the staff have been for years. It’s unfortunate that it is so conveniently located to my house or otherwise I’d choose another location. After reading reviews from other like-minded customers, I believe the first employee with the horrible attitude is mark. However, I use to be so excited to see Dylan behind the counter because I could typically count on him to not be a jerk however, he’s now a bad apple too. I can’t imagine being so rude especially to a woman with a little baby. When all you have to do is scan a QR code and still hate your job, lol Goodbye.

I always have the best experience at this amazing store and today was no exception. I got to the store just a few minutes before it was scheduled to close. Turns out my return QR code did not work. Rather than suggesting I come back another day the owner let me get on the phone with the giant company and track down a return specialist who emailed me a new return label. The owner then took the time to let me forward the email to his business and he printed the return label. It would have been completely understandable and easy for him to tell me the store is closed and come back another day but instead he kept it open for an 15 extra minutes! He did the entire transaction with a smile and a laugh. Downtown Boca is lucky to have this local gem of a business owner.

Absolutely phenomenal service! I've been visiting this UPS store daily for the past few months, and Patrick and Dylan have been incredibly helpful since day one. Their customer service is top notch, always friendly, always in a good mood, and always willing to lend a hand.
Every day is a great experience at this store. Patrick and Dylan go above and beyond to ensure I get what I need. I wish I could give them 10 stars, they truly deserve it! This is hands down the best UPS store I've ever visited. Keep up the fantastic work!
