The service here is horrible. I was returning an Amazon package that didn't need to be boxed up although I had it in its original package per the selection I chose. They made me buy a new box then charged me $3.75 for two pieces of tape and $2.99 for the guy to do it when I helped and it took 2 seconds. I felt like they are trying to charge anything they can to make an extra buck. Not to mention the two guys working there were very rude.

UPS Shipping Charges are just about to put me out of business! I just Hope that some of your stores go with me! The surcharges and the rates are just too much for my small business. I had one today from another store that wanted $65 to ship me 5 small cars and then he would not break down the costs so I could understand what was costing so much.. I could have shipped these to one of my customers for less than $25 with Pirateship! I did get it shipped for $45 from another vendor! I will not ever recommend UPS and will not use UPS unless I have to! USPS is cheaper most of the time, but UPS wants their independant owned Stores to use UPS for shipping. USPS does not charge a sur charge on all packages that are not considered one of your big city areas. Anything you can do to help with the shipping costs would be greatly appreciated, But, you and I both know this complaint is falling of deaf ears!

I would leave them a zero if I would. They are bigots who refused to help my aunt because her English wasn't perfect. Stay away from these bigots and don't give them any business.

Not a great experience. 5:40 pm they had a lot with two weeks experience working by himself not knowing what he’s doing. After ten minutes i witnessed the manager come out of her office to berate a customer for using Home Depot boxes instead of shipping boxes

I want to personally thank Ms. Rose Calderon at UPS Store #0842 for going the extra mile to ensure a very valuable and fragile item, purchased at auction, was properly prepared and packaged to arrive undamaged. She took extra care and worked with me to ensure I was a completely satisfied customer. It was a truly "Up armored" job of packaging. Thank you very much!!!
