This place is awful...The People who work here are terribly rude and very poorly trained. I just smile and keep quiet, but I could not agree with the other reviews on this location. Thank you and I hope that they can do the right thing and improve.

I sent an envelope out a week ago paid $12 for two day. Shipment was supposed to be there by the 17th. It has not arrived. It’s been a week and now I’m trying to call the phone numbers and you can’t get in touch with anybody they tried delivering at night, even though it’s a business. For some reason, they cannot figure out that a business you must deliver it during the dayC

DO NOT EVEN TRY TO USE THIS LOCATION, Worse Service, take your money, loose your package and when I come to ask for help, the very rude employee tells you that there's nothing she can do, it has nothing to do with her, and left me with no answer, I don't know where my very expensive package is, VERY BAD IMAGE FOR USPS, THATS WHY PEOPLE FAVOR FEDEX OR UPS

I’ve been going to this post office for several years now and it’s always been hit or miss with staff. Only one of them tends to be nice and the rest unfortunately are not friendly. I regularly resell my dog gear and take many trips to this post office because unfortunately it’s the closest to my house.
I once was in a rush from my house and I didn’t have any extra packaging at my house. I was the only one in the line at the time besides one other person in front of me at the first register. One of the staff gave me the packaging for both items but I accidentally messed up which address was which as I put the items in their boxes. I apologized and asked for another box. To which he answered asking How’d I screw up something simple like that?
Another time I had purchased an item from FB. I also do this regularly and always make sure to use goods and services protection to get my money back if necessary. Not the seller’s fault but the package was lost in the mail (she sent video proof of her putting it in the mail/receipt.) and to help her out at the time I went and asked if they could potentially help find it. After waiting in line for a long time I asked the manager of the branch if he could help look it up potentially. As I was trying to explain, I couldn’t even get a single sentence out because he interrupted me 3 or 4 times and said to ‘not fall for scams’ and ‘be careful what you do with your card info’
Another was when I was purchasing the shipping for a package and accidentally pressed a wrong button on the screen (I have a med condition that makes my hands shake) I apologized a bunch and she rolled her eyes, sighed really loudly and then hit her pen against the buttons heavily.
Another time, I primarily purchase online due to trying to make things easier when going to the post office. Usually I use USPS packaging but because this time I didn’t- I didn’t know what kind of label I should purchase. When I waited in line for little over an hour, I got told I should have ‘done this online’ in an annoyed tone.
Idk, maybe they deal regularly with rude people or don’t have a great work life but I’ve only met one of the staff who’s actually nice and he helped me out when I first started selling my dog gear off FB. I wouldn’t go unless you absolutely have to.

Avoid Joshua at all Cost. Super Rude and not the best with Customer service. He needs to be placed in the back only dealing with Packages/paper work and NOT the general public.

I needed help, and they didn't make any effort to assist me at all. It was zero effort and a rude attitude.
At least Mr Chuck tried asking Joshua, but Joshua was the bad actitud guy!

Forget rescheduling a redelivery, even 4 business days beforehand, and the fact that I wasted an entire day to come back from a trip early so I can just sit at home all day by the front door to receive a mail that I’m required to signed and ended up not getting the mail. Also your phone service is horrible that it would do anything to end the phone call because I couldn’t type in my 35 numbers in correctly or it fails to listen when I say the confirmation numbers & address. I probably tried over 5 times and I’m not going to try to download some dumb app just to see the status of this one mail. Do better.

This is definitely the worst post office I've ever been to in my life... The people that are behind the counter are the rudest and most disrespectful post office representatives I have ever met.... They definitely do not go out of their way to help you with even a pen! No matter what day or time that I have been to this particular post office, the people working there never smile and never ever are accommodating to anyone... If you can avoid this post office, do not come here. You leave feeling worse than your worst day in your life.

Spent my time driving there to pick up a package and Joshua wouldn’t even look he just said that there’s no way that he could find it and that would be impossible to locate. He didnt even take my tracking number down. He’s said I just have to wait until tomorrow. I wouldn’t have minded if he would’ve at least went back and looked. I have picked up packages before at other locations.
