I had a terrible experience with one of the employees named Joshua. He is a very rude , disrespectful and unprofessional person and shouldn’t be at the front desk helping clients. I reported him with his managers and thankfully they called me and took action on the matter.
Be careful with this guy.

DOES NOT HAVE A PACKAGE DROP OFF BOX like in their photos, next to the self service kiosk. Should really correct that and get rid of it. I was just told they haven't had it for over a year. I drove to this location for no reason. Never again. INCORRECT INFO ONLINE AND MISLEADING PHOTOS

I wish I could give them 0 stars because I would. They’re horrible. They will charge you after delivery even if the package is correct
weight. I go out of my way not to go here.

Let me write about a huge injustice. USPS, this concerns you, I sent the largest package, an X-Large box, with a car seat inside. Cybex. That is, there was at least $200 worth of goods inside. The package weighed 15 kilograms. I think you understand the scale. I chose the cheapest option for shipping, because the package itself is expensive. 9 days passed, I filed a request for them to find it, because the package did not arrive for a long time. Then they said that they lost it, and they refuse to return the money. I want to cry 😭

This post office is actually terrible. The people that work there are rude and they are very picky and what they’ll do is they’ll take away the package deposit and then they’ll disappear so that you can’t deposit the package. they took out the self service drop off so you’re basically screwed if no one decides to work at front counter there and then they give you an attitude if you put something in the wrong slot, so please avoid this place is horrible. I literally drive out of my way not to go here.

I received two voicemails about a missing mail case and was told that it was delivered 3/13 in Georgia. The tracking number must be incorrect since the website shows this. I called back twice before closing at 5 and received no answer to busy tones.

Never waited before to the post office employee to come back from the restroom for 25 minutes.
Someone needs to check this location employees and to make sure they don't do whatever they want..
