Worst customer service and very rude staff. Never will go back to that location. Now I understand the bad reviews here. Absolutely ridiculous! I will add that the nice man across the street was very helpful he went out of his way to help and get me info. And he was friendly! But main office big thumbs down .

Awful. I wanted a receipt to confirm that the package was received by the post office and en route to give a customer. She asked did you print this out then just take a picture. Never had an issue with any other post office giving me a receipt.

This post office is always clean and organized. The staff is friendly and they will answer the questions you have. Sam helped me the first time, he is an ex veteran. I find friendly and respectful employees.

I don’t know what I’m missing based on the reviews here but they’ve always been nice to me. No issues with shipping, prepaid or not.Large free parking lot in front.Usually 10 minutes maximum wait as there are 1 to 2 people working the registers.

It’s like a prerequisite to work here is to be rude and hate your job. This was my first time going to this location and I had no idea they had two different buildings. I notice a UPS truck was unloading at their location and there was a door right by there so I called to confirm I could go in so I wouldn’t go into an unauthorized space.i called and the employee did not state her name (probably to avoid a complaint for her horrible attitude) I asked if the door is where UPS unloads for them and she said “I don’t know I don’t work for UPS” so I replied “I understand you don’t work for UPS but the truck is unloading in front of your building” she proceeded to go back and forth with me claiming that I was talking about a UPS building (probably because she was just trying to be combative) and saying “well I guess that’s where you go in I don’t know” so finally I asked to speak to a supervisor so she put me on hold then the supervisor didn’t answer and just hung up on me. I tried calling back and they let it ring out.Luckily, Darren (one of the other employees) found me lost outside and even though it was his lunch break he guided me to the building and made sure I was taken care of. Perhaps he should be the supervisor since he actually cares to have a job.

Saturday hours are posted as 4:30pm. The woman working here locked the door before 4:25pm, and when 2 people who drove here and were clearly here before closing time asked to come in, lady rudely snapped ‘we’re closed’ and then shut the blinds and turned off the lights.

Absolutely the worse post office employees I've ever dealt with. They are lazy, unfriendly, disrespectful and have the worst "customer last" attitudes I've ever seen. They will refuse to do routine basic jobs even when there are no other customers there. They won't scan any packages or QR codes, even if there is no line. They send everyone to the kiosk. So we wind up waiting on a kiosk line 4 or 5 people long (with no air conditioning) while the 2 or 3 clerks sit there doing nothing. It's absurd. Also, the infrastructure is routinely broken here. Air conditioning, self service kiosk and drop off bin are all frequently out of service.I used to have a PO Box here but moved it to another branch because of the horrible service.BTW everyone who is upset with the awful employees here should file a complaint with the Inspector General and name the rude employees by name so there are consequences. I did!

I had a prepaid labeled box and the QR code. I was told to use the self checkout machine and the lady at the front declined to accept the packages. She said they don’t provide receipts for prepaid items. I’ve never heard of that. There was no line and the building was empty. She just refused to scan packages.I use USPS for my business quite often and this is the first time I am hearing this. This was my first time using this location and probably the last time.

Horrible Customer Service and they speak so rudely to customers. Amazed they have a job. I guess that’s what you get with a federal job. Our tax payers dollars hard at work.

Worst post office - staff are not only unpleasant to deal with, but also no help at all. This location recently stopped scanning QR codes to print labels (a task that post office workers should be responsbile for) due to complaints received by patrons. Due to these complaints, patrons like myself, with a QR codes ready to scan for a label are now responsible for carrying out the process by themselves on a self service kiosk that does not work.I was refused service (it is a very simple task to scan a QR code, print a label, and put it on a package) and directed use a broken machine in a very hot room with no AC.DO BETTER!!!!!!

The workers are doing their job. I had to ship some clothing back to the UK. I never did it before and the guy instructed me how to complete the appropriate forms. It is not an easy job having to deal with all sorts of people. It bothers me when people feel they can judge others by a 10 minute interaction. We all got our packages mailed at the end of the day and no one got injured.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERBrought in a slightly heavy package that was clearly marked “Fragile” and “this side up” with arrows.Employee behind the counter refused to scan it in or give me a receipt. She threw it behind her, on its side, and said she’ll have to scan it with the handheld scanner. When I asked her to please scan it now so I can get a receipt, she said “I can’t give you a receipt” (which is not true, by the way). So I asked to please scan it anyway so that I can at least track it, she said “I have a long line, I’ll scan it when I scan it” and motioned to the next person in line. (Line wasn’t that long, by the way).So then I asked her to please at least stand the package upright and not leave it on its side. Her answer “what’s the difference, it’s just gonna get thrown into the truck anyway.”What more is there to say? Except: does anyone from the Post Office ever read the reviews?

I normally don’t leave reviews but I feel this is something I can’t let go.I walk in to this post office and I am 6 months pregnant carrying my toddler also carrying my packages. The women at the front would not put a single piece of type on my package said the whole post office doesn’t have type or have any flat rates boxes. She refused to help me in any small way. I had to step aside buy type and write all my addresses down well pregnant and holding my toddler. She then told me maybe I should come back another time when I don’t have a child with me. Excuse me? Should I pay for a sitter for my toddler at home so you don’t have to do anything resembling a job and lift one finger? Just so I can run to the post office?I might also add no one else was in here at this time she just sat there watching me struggle get everything together that when another woman walked in and saw me on the brink of tears I was so frustrated she stoped and asked me if I needed some help. I was so thankful some people are still decent human beings.I will obviously not go back here and will try and get everything together before I leave the house though with a toddler is difficult when you’re in a rush but do your self a favor and drive a little further if you have to use the post office for Boca this is a disgrace.
