The reviews made me so scared to try and walk in for my passport appointment but the lady who took care of me was SO nice and SO helpful!!!!! Walks in are 9-10am, I got there at 8:30am so definitely be a little early. She was so so so nice and made it sooo easy for me!!

Unhelpful staff especially Michelle. Don’t know what forms are needed and often run over 30 minutes for appointments. Don’t recommend.

4 registers but you'll never see all 4 open, forced to wait in long lines for people getting passports just to send mail
why the post office doesn't have a dedicated line for mail is INSANE
