I would give zero stars if I could, the ladies in the front are rude and don’t even greet you. They tell me immediately without saying hello, that I can’t ship my letter because it’s not flat but that’s how the package and shipping instructions were given to me per the company I brought the test from. I asked them what I should do and they just said they will take it but it will be returned like ??? They didn’t tell me what to do after so I’m clueless now if my package is going to ship or not. Do not recommend coming here lol

This is the worse postal store I’ve dealt with! I’ve had two separate packages go missing and they showed no concern or effort to help figure out what the problem may be! Avoid this location!

This is the only post office I’ve ever been to that doesn’t offer printing services. How can I send my package without printing a shipping label? The employees are fairly rude as well

What a horrible place to walk into. Saturday morning at 10 AM I approach the store. The place is pitch black I look in the window. There’s a woman in there. I said are you open? She says with her fingers 10 o’clock. I said your sign says 930 that’s wrong. What do you want. I said with that attitude nothing you’re arguing with me about the time when your sign says one thing and you’re saying another. I said thank you. I will go somewhere else.
Whatever happened to people just being polite and kind and showing good customer service with the way things are going in this country today would think that people would be a whole lot nicer. Welcome to Boca Raton.

The service at this location is horrible and so are the people who work here. Extremely rude and I have personally witnessed the individual throw the letter into a USPS bin, missed the bin and the letter went into the garbage can right next to the bin. I can guarantee that this letter never made it to its proper destination. I have also heard similar complaints from local residents of mail never reaching its destination when sent from this gift shop/USPS location.

I had to RUN to this location to overnight a letter. I called ahead, they were helpful-considerate and well prepared for my arrival. The post office I went to prior had no supplies and was not accepting express mail. THIS location was stocked and ready. So grateful!

Reading through these reviews, I can't help but wonder if the general public knows how the postal service works.The people working at this location are not in charge of when mail gets picked up and delivered. They are not responsible for delivery disasters - they process the mail and, in my humble opinion, do a fine job.The pricing is (to the best of my understanding) auto-populated under the USPS standards and pricing. They offer all options and, even if they do upsell for speedier delivery, they personally cannot guarantee anything and, by the way, neither does the USPS!P.S. There's no law that prohibits upselling - anyone worth their salt in sales does this. And you always have the right to request the least expensive option and refuse the upsell!

It's convenient and nearby, but it's a small office, manned by two persons, and if you have specific needs, you might be better off going to a major post office in the area.
