Just moved her a month ago was in search of a good nail place i was recommended this place so I made a nail appointment with Sophia I had a feeling she would be good and my intuition was right she is amazing very knowledgeable and helpful she my new nail girl ! I’m a loyal customer and I will return highly recommend !

This is by far the WORST nail salon I have ever been to in my life. Not only was the front desk lady very rude but so was the guy with glasses. I got my nails done June 30th, acrylic full set and acrylic on my toes. On July 5th my big toe had already cracked and broke off. Then by July 7th one of my small toes had also cracked at the top and came off as well as a crack on my pinky nail on my hand. I was out of state until July 9th and worked all week so I made an appointment today July 12th at 430 pm. I tried to explain that I wanted to get a fill on my hands and I would pay for it but I needed my two toes and one finger fixed. They made me stand at the bar area for almost 20 minutes after my appointment. So I asked if I was waiting for someone specific as I watched several other people come on after me and sit right away to get there nails done. She told me I had to wait and that an appointment doesn’t matter. Than she had the gentleman with glasses and a mask come up to me and asked me what I needed done. So I explained what happened and he started getting very disrespectful and told me he would fix my nail but wouldn’t do a fill because I didn’t need it yet or repaint my nails and that it was my fault they broke. I explained I never had an issue like this before when I used to go to my old nail salon in another state before I moved here and he got very upset and pulled his mask down and got in my face telling me I should go to that salon than. I again explained I don’t live in that state anymore and it wasn’t possible. He than proceeded to help another person who came in after me. I honestly ended up just leaving because I have my daughter with me and he kept raising his voice. It was honestly the most embarrassing thing. I would never let this establishment get a dollar of your money because not only are they rude and disrespectful, the work is horrible and it shows. Multiple other people came in with the same issue the first time I was there getting my nails done and that should have told me something.

Very nice nail salon with great nail techs. Place is sometimes very busy but they somehow make it work. Everyone is very kind and helpful. Pedicure chairs are comfy and clean.😊

Felt very rushed on my nails. The girl was practically shaking trying to get my nails done so fast. You can see my nail through the polish which tells me she should have done another coat. But since she was in such a rush she did not care to notice. Cuticle were not cut well and left paint on the cuticles and on my skin around the nail. Pedi was better but nothing special. This place felt like a sweat shop rather than a relaxing service

At first I was annoyed to have to wait for more than the 5-10 minutes the owner told me. But as soon as Sofia worked on my gel mani-pedi, my NY attitude dissipated and she transported me into a dreamy zone. All was excellent. She is marvelous. I will go back for sure.

They have raised their prices quite a bit and expect a greeting and thank you for the tip. It is clean and very busy but very unfriendly.
