Aaron was excellent in helping us plan our destination wedding for 20 guests in Antigua. Aaron took the time to understand our expectations and come up with multiple proposals for us to consider. He organized everything with the resort from the contract to helping our guests with their reservations. Any questions we had Aaron was extremely responsive and always got back to us in a timely manner. We would highly recommend Vacay Vibes to anyone looking to book a group vacation! We will definitely work with Aaron again!!

I have to say just how great Aaron at Vacay Vibes is. He was so very helpful and accommodating during the entire planning process. We were a group of six women planning a bachelorette in Mexico and we of course had a million questions/concerns and he was always prompt in answering them. Aaron’s attention to detail and thoughtfulness helped our trip go smoothly from start to finish. I will use Vacay Vibes for all future vacation planning.

I used Aaron for my bachelorette party in Cancun, MX! It was a blast. We all had so much fun and Aaron assisted with finding us the perfect all-inclusive resort. He also assisted with transportation from the airport to the resort and helping the girls find flights. We had a great experience and would highly recommend using VacayVibes to help plan a trip if you are a bride!

Aaron has helped my husband and I plan many trips over the past few years. Now we never go on a trip without his help! Disappointing experience with Vacay Vibes and Aaron Caplan for our destination wedding/honeymoon to Bora Bora.
Despite booking a $38,000.00 USD trip for two people, we received minimal assistance and had to research and plan most details ourselves. The agent consistently invited us to ask questions but provided generic responses without actual answers when we did so. We handled everything from changing seat selections, planning what to do during multiple lengthy layovers, to resort, wedding, car rental, check in/out and other inquiries on our own. He failed to secure early check-in/late check-out without just simply suggesting an expensive extra night (keep in mind extra nights at this resort are $2500+/night -- a bit steep for a few hours later check out). We were left to arrange our own car rental in Bora Bora and the post car rental boat transportation from Papeete to the St. Regis Resort since we were not going there directly from the airport to the resort since our room wouldn’t be ready but rather after several hours of exploring Bora Bora via rental car to not just have dead time. We chose a travel agent for a stress-free experience, particularly with this trip being our wedding and honeymoon but ended up still doing most of the research, planning and handling of logistics. It was also obvious he was not familiar with the region of the world we visited. The only positive was rebooking a cancelled flight on the return portion of our trip, though at our additional expense of course. For a specialty travel agency, the service for our two-person trip fell far short of expectations, especially given the high cost of this trip.

My wife & I did a destination wedding with Aaron and it was the smoothest thing we’ve ever had to plan. We had absolutely no stress, he handled all the hard parts, and everyone of our friends/family could call or email him their questions and we heard so many great responses from them about Aaron’s friendliness, quick time to response, and how helpful he was.
He made it smooth to collect everyone’s payments, explain to them how to get from the airport to the resort, he gave great documents on what to expect & how to make the most of our time, he handled last-minute coordination when a guest missed their flight and had to reschedule everything, etc.
By taking care of so much, he really allowed us and our guests to just focus on enjoying our time and truly getting to relax. I couldn’t recommend Aaron enough.
