Defuser looks so damn good, guys did a great job!! Just ordered a cold air intake excited to see how that goes! They did the suspension wheels, did an amazing job!! Just got a stage1+ from them too, the car is unrecognisable!!!

Velocity factor has completely changed the look of my car. From a stock Honda civic 10th gen with hub caps and more. They changed into what I never thought my car could ever even reach. Diffuser, carbon accents, cat-back exhaust, and so much more. I wish I could give them more than just 5. Excellent experience.

If you need an expert in Subarus look no further. Excellent work from Felipe and his team have helped me get my STI back on track for the past couple of weeks and the experience has been outstanding. From trouble shooting issues and wanting the best for my car as it was theirs wouldn't recommend this place enough to any Subaru owners out there. If youre looking for a shop to take care of your car this is it.

Excellent experience. After feeling sad about crashing my car, Felipe managed to make it look brand new. The lines and color were perfect, and they did it in record time despite being very busy. They met the agreed timeframe, and the results speak for themselves. I give Velocity Factor and Felipe more than 5 stars. The professionalism in achieving positive results is what truly drove me to this wonderful workshop. Their facilities are impeccable. I have been dealing with Felipe and Velocity Factor for a couple decades. The main reason I take my rides to him is because, when it comes to automotive knowledge, Felipe is smart and super-savvy. I trust what he says and does to my vehicles for better safety and reasonable prices for horsepower gains. I guess I would not go to anyone else... there's no need to! Felipe, and the mechanics at his company are some of the best.

RUN FOR THE HILLS! Not even one star deserved. I waited over six months to have the owner "Felipe" call me back regarding an issue that I had with his repair to my Audi S6. He never did call me back even though he said he would. By the way, before I could finish explaining my concern to Felipe, he hung up the phone on me. The issue...when I got home after picking up my car from his shop I noticed a "chrome color" was noticeable surrounding the new black wheel bolts (all 4 wheels) that he installed. The lug bolts where installed because of the new wheel spacers the Felipe also installed. See attached pictures, shown with black plastic caps installed and without plastic caps installed to show the difference. If he would of simply put my original plastic nut covers over the new bolts you would not see this issue. Obviously, my black plastic caps would of covered the exposed chrome color around the new black wheel bolts. Felipe's rude and unprofessional solution to my concern before he hung up the phone on me was "you didn't need to have the plastic covers installed and there is no issue". I had to go purchase the black plastic covers for my 4 wheels at the Audi dealership. Since this unpleasant experience happened I have spent thousands of more dollars with two more Audi's at other shops with his competitors down the street...I have had absolutely no issues with them. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE and not a good way to run a local repair shop business.

Felipe the owner was super helpful, kind, respectful and patient with my new 2021 Civic Hatch Sport. I came in to the shop super nervous and i left INCREDIBLY satisfied and relieved. I got a cobra cold air intake and turbocharger inlet pipe from PRL and the installation was flawless. Felipe even helped me make sure my tune was setup properly with the race MAF.
I couldn’t recommend this place enough to anybody who is looking for QUALITY work!!
