They messed up my account from now on I'll go to mall location they are way better go into town center near norstram they are more knowledgeable and helpful they fixed my account this store severely screwed up

The worst customer service ever. I have been a Verizon customer for over 20 years. I went into get a new phone and they have a promo turn in your old phone any condition and get $1000 towards the new phone. I picked the new phone, was given the phone and went home to transfer the data. I took the old phone back and because there was a crack I was told I was getting only $25. I said what about the special and the person told me that since I started online I would need to contact customer service, which is silly - they are all one company. Then I said what if I return the phone and repurchase at the store do I get the $1000 as the sign in the store says. He avoided answering by saying there are all sorts of promos and conditions (there are none, the promo is very clear). Needless to say I went home and called CS and they gave me my $1000 and apologized for the service I received.
Avoid the store, they are useless

This past week I spent over six hours on the phone with Verizon‘s tech coach. I should say coaches as I was disconnected and reconnected seven times. These people did more damage to my issue and was worth it on a frustration. I went to the Verizon store in Boca Raton and saw James Who corrected the problem with my phone in 15 minutes.
My appreciation goes to JAMES or my frustration and aggravation goes to Verizon’s inept tech coach system. I’ve been with Verizon for over 40 years. This last experience makes me want to switch James save the day.

if you purchased existing account at a retail store like Best Buy or online this place won't help you. I tried to get an additional device and plan here but they turned me away so guess it's pointless to go to this verizon if you already have verizon plan from another retail location

Worst customer service! Slow staffers who are not friendly at all. 4 staffers to help 10 people waiting on a busy Saturday afternoon. 2 “managers” to take names instead of one of them helping out the other people who are waiting.

Best customer service at this Verizon store. Wilmy helped me upgrade my plan and get 3 new iphones without increasing my monthly costs. He explained everything clearly and concisley, and was great to work with. It was a great experience.

Worst service ever. Waited more than an hour and they kept telling us we would be helped in a few minutes. Wanted to open account with Verizon, but now will be taking my money to TMobile.

It is not often that large companies offer exceptional service. Verizon's West Boca retail location on Glades Rd in Boca Raton is a happy exception. Their customer service specialist Wilmy, and a Samsung rep Chris, who happened to be in the store, went beyond the norm to help me get my new phone set up. Although it took a few hours, both were unbelievably patient and helpful, working through various issues. Kudos to both of them!!! Can't recommend these two more highly. I also want to note that Wilmy graciously assisted his co-workers when they had questions. He is a rare find.

Hats off to the "crew" at this location for giving clients that "urban feel" experience...Particularly the one named "Rose" who made my wife's and my visit a horrible one, with short, condescending answers and treatment, which ultimately led to zero help. Rose actually told my wife after a question, "I need only a 'yes or no' answer." That's when we left. Frankly, the most attitude weve seen in awhile from someone who makes $20/hr. Thanks, Rose! We've been a Verizon family for almost 10 years, butT-Mobile, here we come!

I came and waited for more than 30 minutes, although the staff walked around and suffered nonsense. I asked for help, they refused it and told me to call the custom service myself. 4 staff for 2 clients and no one could help me. This is terrible, I'm very angry and disappointed, I want to change all Verizon to T Mobile!!!!
They made a mistake and sent me a watch with the wrong number. They made a mistake, and yesterday I spent more than an hour on the phone and they couldn’t help me. And now I wasted my time and came on my only day off to get help, and what? I waited for half an hour and no one even looked on me ! I want to return my watch back and never have to deal with Verizon again!!!
