I recently tested positive for Covid following a lengthy hospitalization. My physician prescribed Paxlovid. About six hours later I got notified that Walgreens didn't have the medication. They did not offer me any alternative to get it. Another Walgreens maybe? Anyone who knows anything about this medication knows it needs to be started immediately after a Covid diagnosis. About a week days later and I'm getting messages that it's filled. Horrible service! Too late. I got it from another pharmacy in a timely manner. Not from a Walgreens.

The worst of the worst. Made an appointment for my booster. They had me wait over an hour and no one online. Very short staffed.

The pharmacist Katherine MAKES THIS PHARMACY ROCK!! Her leading her team give this pharmacy the best experience we have had anywhere. She’s super nice, helpful, fast, never dull or upset, and her work ethic electrifies her team to work fast, help people, nothing negative, no problem, we can work it out and make it better. She doesn’t misrepresent anything while beaming a positive vibe that captivates her team to be the same. I have never, in years of coming here, had an issue that couldn’t be turned positive. She will tell you if a med is out, she’ll work to get more or another source. If there is anything that gets troublesome she fixes it, no wining, no lying, facts and optimism. We come to this location, living 20-mins away because of Elizebeth. My wife has a few special meds, hard to get, expensive and just a pain to get but after getting them all and it setup, so each month she gets them, but the pharmacist is a huge(female dog), that yells at customers, calls doctors and berates them. Employees hate working with her, we talk to them, they are so scared of her they play down how much they hate her lest she finds out and makes them miserable until they quit or get fired. Doctors all know who you speak of when you say Boynton CVS Pharma-Natzy. She called me, once before leaving there, screamed and yelled at me about a medication she insists she told me 2-years ago about the issue, I told her I have only been on the med a few months, she exploded, said I lie and hung up on me. I was asleep, home sick, and now just mad the CVS Pharma-Nazy just woke me up, yelled at me, called me a liar, and hung up on me. I called her back an hour later and recorded the call. Anyone wants to hear it, get in touch, I asked her what she was talking about and she starts to go insane insisting she told me something two years ago, and I started to speak, “let me talk, I am the customer,” she exploded that it didn’t matter, she was right, I was a liar screaming and hung up on me. True story, I have the call recorded. She is the CVS pharmacy manager and talks this way to customers, doctors, nurses, doctors assistants, no one is right, no one speaks but her, she is always right and completely insane and impossible to speak to. Everything is your fault, wrong, not important, and below the CVS Pharma-Natzy. Elizabeth we love you, you are the best, we will always come here. Thank you for being the Boca Pharma-Queen that is a pleasure and a benefit to be a customer of yours. No we aren’t friends or relatives of hers just tooting her horn. She is the nicest, fastest, kindest pharmacist you bring 5-scripts to fill the last 10-minutes of her 12-hour work day. Don’t all do this to test her, I am sure she’s tired and wants to go home, but if it’s ever a necessity and need a med her last 5-mins of her shift, she’ll have 4-mins left after you have your meds and heading out the door amazed. ❤️❤️??❤️❤️❤️???‼️‼️‼️‼️ LOTS OF LOVE FOR ELIZABETH THE BOCA PHARMA-QUEEN!!! Photo our next visit…

I love this Walgreens. It’s new, spacious, and clean! The staff is always friendly and helpful. I can always find what I’m looking for and service is consistent.

Called the pharmacy to update some information. Asked a few questions regarding the cost and I guess John the pharmacist was overwhelmed and felt the need to tell me that I'm not obligated to buy the medication and HUNG UP. I suppose a sick patient having concerns is too much for a pharmacist to handle. The technician that checked me out was helpful. Hanging up on someone is by far the biggest slap in the face. Esp When you're sick and feel horrible.

I have never written a review. However, I am so frustrated and angry at the incompetence at this Walgreens pharmacy. First I get an automated call saying there is a delay because of insurance issue. Never a follow up call for an update so I drive to the store. They don't have a record of the script. I call my doctor. He sends it again. Still, no one knows about it, The website has no record. So, I call. I hold on for a live person. In total, 3 hours, 5 times, 5 disconnects. I get in my car and drive once again to the store. I ask for the store manager. Gone home. I speak with an assistant manager. She checks and says my insurance will not cover. I say OK. I'll pay out of pocket. But, the pharmacist is out to lunch (at 7pm)! When will he be back, I ask? Don't know is the response. Well, he went home! No one at this store communicates with each other. There is no structure in place. Is this the way an organization is supposed to exist? there was another customer ( a doctor) who was also complaining because he received notification that all his scripts were ready to be picked up. Nay, Nay. not a chance. Been a customer for over 20 years. I'm fed up! Going to CVS!

I made an appointment for a flu vaccine, showed up on time, nobody else was waiting, and I was told I would have to wait at least 40 minutes. Avoid this store as it is very poorly managed.

We visited Walgreens to get pass port photos taken. The person waiting us Terry continued working on some task we finally after patiently waiting ask another person to speak to a manager only to find out she was the manager. We would not do business there in the future and although we are long time Walgreens shoppers will spread the word on this Clint Moore location.

Much better than CVS and helpful. They inform you better when your medicine is ready and will give you a better price if they can when CVS has never done that for us.

Never have prescriptions ready on time. Tried for over an hour to get someone on the phone to let them know I did not need every prescription that was called in for me but never got a hold of anyone. Terrible customer service in the pharmacy department.

I was shopping here this morning and needed eye drops. I was looking at a new Bausch and Lomb end cap with some drops. The top two bottles were labeled "samples not for sale". I thought I would try them. When I took my cart to the cashier, I showed her the two sample bottles. She took them both to "ask the manager". She returned and told me I couldn't have the two samples, but could buy two bottles for $15 each. No further explanation. Poor customer service.

John the pharmacist at the store if horrible. I have an ear infection and very high blood pressure. I called to tell them I may be 2 minutes late to get my prescription. The girl who answered the phone was extremely rude and begins to tell me they refuse to stay. I said it is only going to me no more than 2 or 3 minutes. I asked her to speak to John the pharmacist and told him I would be there as close to nine as possible. He told me he refuses to stay even a minute later an
