Never use the pharmacy at the Walgreens located at 3900 Federal Highway. They dispense pills that are inadequate and fall apart, and they refuse to stand behind their prescriptions. I was denied both a credit and a replacement for the defective medication.
The customer service including the manager throughout the store is awful — even the front checkout staff are rude and unhelpful. There’s nothing good about this location. Avoid this pharmacy and store entirely.

If I could give this Walgreens Pharmacy negative 5 stars I would. Worst pharmacy in the chain, poor mgmt, nobody cares and that’s setting the bar high. Avoid like the plague.

Customer service is nonexistent. Pharmacy does not answer phone. Many occasions I waited in excess of 10 min... then I had to hang up because I had other matters to attend....Moving my business to CostPlus

-10 Stars are the best I can give. This place and the staff are atrocious. Outside a car is ahead of you and you will wait 20 minutes until they START serving you! Until you get your pills it can take 15-20 more minutes. The staff is absolutely disinterested in a service which is in flux. Send your arch foe to this location or people whom you wish the worst but avoid this place for whatever reason. Better take nothing or get it from anywhere else. You try it from the INSIDE? This can take you an hour if two people are in front of you. I gave it up after 25 minutes outside because the lady didn't come back. I requested my driver's license back and will never go there again. It's better to take nothing and die than go through this devil's circle. Walgreens is famous for its rotten timing, but this place is bottom of all of them. Never ever again!

Horrible service. Have no rush or value for other people's time. Even when it is slow expect a 10 to 15 min wait cause the staff is just laughing and chilling and taking their time at the back.

I had some Walgreens Cash in my account and decided to take advantage of some deals at this Walgreens in Boca.The good thing about the Walgreens Cash is you can use towards regular or sale items, so I decided to make the most of my visit and got a few health and beauty items on sale.The gentleman behind the counter was nice and professional, no complains on my shopping visit at this store.

If I could give zero stars I would. Always on hold for at least 20 minutes, they're very rude prescriptions are never ready on time.I have a one year old and the doctor said he had to start his medication TODAY. And they said it won't be ready until tomorrow. I called the doctor and they said it's a prefilled prescription, it should take all of 30 seconds to fill. I will no longer use them.

Worst pharmacy ever. Extremely long wait times in person, on the phone, and forget about the drive thru. They say they will order a medication and never order it. They treat people terribly. The pharmacy board should pay them a visit but you definitely should not...RUN to another pharmacy!

The main point of this post is that I highly suggest not using this locations photo service at ALL. I put my online order in right before I clocked in at about 8:50am. I work nearly across the street so I figured picking up on the way home would be efficient. That was so far from the case. At 9:35am I received an email that my photos were ready for pick up. After work I walked in at about 5:10pm. I picked up a couple of items and got in line at about 5:15. There were three people ahead of me in line with one cashier. No worries, it is after all rush hour. Once about three people lined up behind me, the cashier Damaris asked another employee, Scott, to help her get the line down. Scott was unloading a cart in the aisle immediately next to the registers and told her "I can't call Juan". And walked away with a plethora of people in line. Sheesh lol. A lady in front of me was also picking up photos and Damaris was not trained to allocate her order. This is when she called the manager Juan. Damaris was trying to assist in a difficult return and nothing was moving. Juan came and not knowing the circumstance, went directly to the return. Damaris checked out my other items but informed me I would have to wait for Juan. Juan then called enthusiastic Scott to get the line down and sure enough, he was able to use the register! The woman waiting for photos ahead of me asked Scott if he could find her photos in which he said "No, he will help you" and pointed to Juan. This woman, obviously waiting longer than me and the return said "Yeah but, he skipped me can you help?". Scott looked at her, turned his face and said "Next in line!". Thus far we have three customers holding up a line because only one person could assist them. The return was done and Juan assisted the woman with her photo order. Despite being emailed about her order being ready, they were not printed at all. After a few minutes, her order was completed. Upon looking for my order, my order was not printed as well. Even though I put the order in at 8:50 in the morning and was emailed about their completion at 9:35am? The entire experience was disappointing and failed in so many respects. Damaris and Juan kept on apologizing for the wait and I appreciated that. However, how efficient is a service if only one person in the entire store can operate it? Why did Walgreens send me an email regarding photo completion if that was not the case? Never again!
