The Walgreens in clintmore and military has a great pharmacy especially the pharmacist Tyler. Most helpful even when you are calling from out of state.

Hard-Working pharmacists I'm guessing tough conditions overworked wait on line screwed up website delivered three of four prescriptions. Had to go to the store anyway. Really not thrilled, looking for a better option

This Walgreens Pharmacy refuses to answer the phone. If you call and stay on hold, they will just pick up without saying a word and hang up on you. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Called pharmacy at Walgreens on Clint moore and military trail 5 times in a row this morning. Each time the line disconnected on me. I called someone in the store, he sounded like he was lost and connected me to the pharmacy again....and for the 6th time the line disconnected on me.

This review is specifically for the pharmacist, Tyler. He was extremely patient and very empathetic to my situation. The issue was stemming from confusion at my doctor’s office, but Tyler showed real compassion and willingness to help. That is very rare to find. Please keep it up, Tyler! I received an email that my prescription was ready. Upon arriving, they said that they lost my order and they will have to fill it again. I waited and waited, and then when I asked what's going on, they said that they don't have the medication in stock and that maybe they will get it next week. Wow. The manager told me there is no reason to complain. They did call another Walgreens and I had to go pick it up there, but at least they did that much, so that's why two stars. If at all possible, I would think twice about using this particular location for your prescription needs.

I normally don t do reviews for drug stores, however this store stood up to the plate when I passed by.Walgreens in Clint Moore and Military has always been my "go to" drugstore for several years. The visit has always been pleasant. The place is very clean and well orgazined.Everyone was busy, so I went to find the Manager Mike for assistance.Although he was at the middle of work, he made sure to answer my questions and went out of his way to find the things I need. Very impressive!Sierra at the front was very accomodating to and guided me at check out properly. Both were very professional and friendly.Also, this place has some items that were on sale. Its a hit or miss, but when I came at the right time, i saw some picture frames which were beautiful, and so are the *fresh flowers*.I hope corporate will take special care of this store since this location is a gem.

WALGREENS SHOULD BE AHSAMED WHO THEY HIRED TO WORK THIS LOCATION. LOOK AT ALL THE POOR REVIEWS. THIS IS A CUSTOMER SERVICE POSITION AND THEY ACT LIKE THEY ARE DOING YOU A FAVOR. BOTH THE EMPLOYEE AND PHARMACIST THREATENED TO NOT GIVE ME MY MEDICINE (I DIDN’T KNOW THEY COULD PLAY GOD AND THIS IS ALLOWED BY THIS CORPORATION TO MESS WITH PEOPLES HEALTH INTENTIONALLY) AND REFUSED TO GIVE THEIR NAMES SO I COULD FILE A COMPLAINT. I CALLED CORPORATE AND OF COURSE NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NEVER USE THIS PHARMACY. GO TO PUBLIX WHERE THEY ACTUALLY CARE.

Amazing service, friendly and accommodating. I needed vaccinations and they helped me with my insurance for coverage. The manager Elizabeth went above and beyond. Thank you so much for all your help!!!

Of all the Walgreens to fill prescriptions this is by far the worst and most understaffed. If the automated menu doesn't randomly hang up on you the process of refilling your prescription in person will convince you of how mismanaged walgreens is as a company.

Disgusting customer service.Romain employee who has a working position in this CSA pharmacy is a veryaggressive, unbalanced and angry person. He was rude at first, and then he just refused to serve me. Michael, a manager at this pharmacy, did not react to the behavior of his subordinate. It was a big surprise at the beginning of my working day.
