Never an issue with Walgreens before until yesterday. Dropped my Rx off in the morning and was told wait time approximately 10-15. Told them I would come by later as I was on my way to work. Came back 5 hours later after my shift and was told I would have to wait an hour and a half more.

I was ment to revive a text message to collect my meds which I didn’t get. I went into the store to collect and to find out they had used another name as my last name. The pharmacy staff were rude, short and very condescending. This is the worst experience ever. Customer service is absolutely appalling

Is the worse experience I have in that location the pharmacist is rude is aggressive he take that position like 3 months ago I think after that nobody answer that phone ever I have prescription never ever ready I have to go make line for 45 minutes or more and when I get there is never ready I’m customer for more than 17 years .
Yesterday he also bite me yielded me in front of many customers raise his voice because I asked why my prescription ever is ready he was rude and telling me to get out from his pharmacy and ask me never back again and he is not going to give me my prescription ever go get out now he is abusing me verbal big time he tells me is his pharmacy I was in shock my blood pressure go
Up never have issues there like that the manager show up after she listen his voice screaming abuse me and she apologized and ask to him stop yelling is terrible experience I’m living in Boca Raton many years never have pharmacist like that and he is rude and aggressive he is so lucky I don’t call the police and arrested him verbal abuse big time

I was recently at this pharmacy and the customer service provided to me by Ashram & Saul were exceptional. They price shopped my prescription and saved me 50%. My wait time was 15 minutes.

I frequently visit this Walgreens location, and the primary reason for my preference is not solely based on its convenience, but rather the exceptional team that works there. The management team, in particular, stands out as being outstanding, and the entire team on the floor consistently demonstrates professionalism and dedication. This Walgreens location truly stands out above all others in terms of the quality of its staff and the overall customer experience.

These 5 stars go to the staff at the pharmacy! Especially the pharmacist Ush! He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly when I spoke with him on the phone today. The rest of the team at this location have always been very helpful as well when I’ve had in-store pickups. Thank you all for your hard work and great customer service!

I feel like this Walgreens is running some sort of scam at the pharmacy. The price of my medication, the same one I've been using for years, fluctuates depending upon the pharmacist and the supervisor. They quote something, You let them know you've never paid that amount before. They consult with the supervisor and come back with a lower price. Same drug has cost me zero, $5, $9, $12, $18 with insurance in the past. Feels like you're at a street bazaar in Morocco or something. It's totally at their whim. Need to find a legit pharmacy.

I have been to many Walgreens all over the country, so far the team led by Ashraf (Ush) is the most professional, knowledgeable, and efficient group I have ever dealt with. They all deserve commendations.

I recently had an incredible experience at the Walgreens photo center, thanks to two outstanding employees, Toniese and Caterina. I was in a real bind, needing a photo book ready in time to ship for my father’s birthday. After facing delays and issues at other locations, Toniese and Caterina truly went above and beyond to help me out.
Toniese, in particular, stood out with her radiant kindness and genuine care for the customers. She has such a calming presence, and it was clear from how she interacted with me and others that she genuinely loves helping people. Her attention to detail and understanding of my situation made all the difference. She worked efficiently, even with multiple orders ahead of mine, to ensure I had my book in time. Caterina was also amazing, stepping in to support the process and making sure everything was handled smoothly.
Both of these women exemplify what excellent customer service should be—compassionate, patient, and willing to go the extra mile. Walgreens is incredibly lucky to have them on their team, and because of them, I will continue to trust Walgreens with my future projects.
Thank you again, Toniese and Caterina, for turning what could have been a nightmare into such a positive experience!
