If i can give lower than a 1 star I would . This is the ABSOLUTE worst Walgreen Pharmacy I have been at in all my adulthood. It's always a problem with getting my meds. Same script each month, and each time it's something different. Today, I went to pick two scripts up and one is free with my insurance. First of all Sylvia, the tech behind the counter in Pharmacy, is horrible and her attitude is always nasty. This lady had the audacity to try and say this med was $200!! You freaking thief!!!! Then she had the nerve to get mad when I told her "Check it again!". Then she couldn't own up to her error and when she said $15, I asked her which was $15. Then she goes, "oh, it was $0". I said (and yes I did) "I can't stand you!!!" Incompetent as heck! I will not be back because here, its always something!

If you are thinking about getting your prescriptions filled at this location think again.
To be fair, every employee at this location outside of the pharmacy employees is excellent, including Freddy, the store manager.
However, the complete opposite can be said of people working at the pharmacy. You will likely wait close to 30 minutes for somebody to answer the phone, and if the person that answers the phone is Elishia, the pharmacy operations supervisor, be prepared to be disrespected and treated condescendingly.

I like Walgreens overall. I particularly appreciate the pharmacy team. I've had RXs and a covid test.

This pharmacy is frustrating to deal with. I waited in line for 35 minutes with 10 people ahead of me, and only one employee assisting customers. Eventually, a second employee stepped in to help.
I was trying to refill a prescription, but the employee refilled the wrong one(after I waited in line to be helped for a very long time). When I asked when my prescription would be ready, she gave me a vague response.. After pressing for a specific time, I realized she had made a mistake and also couldn't update my insurance information. I had to wait for another employee to assist me.
That employee told me I could refill a two-month supply and pick it up later, which I appreciated since it meant avoiding another long wait. However, when I returned, a different employee said I could only pick up a one-month supply.
I understand that I dealt with three different people and that one was only helping due to the long line. Still, as someone who works long hours, this experience was incredibly frustrating.

Unfortunately this pharmacy is a complete disaster. Incorrect pricing applied to a reoccurring prescription every time, clueless staff that cannot critically think, and I have to assume the pharmacy management is the main problem. Don’t answer phone calls and when they do they disconnect you during your wait.

The short girl in the pharmacy has a nasty attitude. She cannot just listen to the question that is being asked. I worked as a pharmacy technician and I know what the job is like but sometimes you need to take a second to hear what the patient is saying instead of being disrespectful.

By phone the pharmacy hardly ever answers promptly. Poorly service. The waiting time to be able to someone get on the phone is more than 12 minutes. We are talking about a team of 4/5 people. I went twice today and there is 2/3 people picking medication
Very disappointed with the poor management and performance running for the nurse in charge. Hardly smile I have to add.
