One of the best Walgreens in Palm Beach. And one of the few that has a 24 hour pharmacy which is great when you need your prescriptions at anytime of the day. Staff are pleasant and respectful. Always a good experience.

The lady at the pharmacy drive-through on Thursday at 12:30 p.m. was so rude. I have never encountered someone with such an unprofessional attitude. It felt like she made me wait un purpose because my medicine was ready. I don't know if they are aware that everyone that is in the pharmacy are dealing with something medical sometimes serious, you don't need to be our friend, but a least treat with a little decency and respect.

Terrible service, no one cares about you, in order to take a photo, you stayed for more than an hour and in the end you took the photo incorrectly, redid it a bunch of times. Took my documents, entered something, then entered my phones. Why do I need it? I just came to take a photo, terrible store, terrible attitude. Everyone is relaxed. Eh, no one wants to work, a bunch of customers go picking their noses. Everyone is waiting for something. No one can help anyone.

The assistance sucks and the techs in the pharmacy are uneducated can barely speak. English. Do not know what they’re talking about do not know anything and they just put them behind the pharmacy. They mess your medication up. They mess your insurance up if they can’t figure it out. They’re just lying and say we don’t have it or no I can’t do it for whatever reason they think of it the top of their head Worst Pharmacy ever. If you wanna wait for hours and be completely frustrated to the point of breaking down, go ahead I dare you to go to this Pharmacy specially during the hours of one to seven P.m.

Very poorly run. It's been over 4 hours, when I was told 2. So I decided to call and they tell me my insurance is cancelled? This must be a joke, because I have Medicaid. Come to find out the person I handed my license and insurance card to entered the information wrong. Why didn't they call me and let me know? Wowwwww I'm just feeling very ill and tired and now came back to wait in a line of almost 20 people to pick up the script. Will not be back. Too many careless mistakes, because they could care less...

The pharmacy services are the worst I have ever experienced. The clerk lied by telling me that my medicine was only ready until Monday, because of my doctor. The truth was that they run out of it, instead of telling me to go a different location, which I did. They hung up on me 3 times until I finally found the truth. Cero professionalism. Pick another walgreens!!!

The store is great but the staff is wonderful and I must said it’s the manager in charge who makes this store great he goes above and beyond to help out and really appreciate it as a customer and a patient. Thank you 🙏

Absolutely terrible customer service. They told me they needed more information so my prescription could be “released” and I called to see what information that was. When I called they said yes that’s correct, told me they were going to put me on hold, and hung up on me every time I called which was 4 times. The last time I called they put me on hold, pick up the phone I would say 2 words, then put me in hold again. I was being patient because I was a pharmacy tech so I understand how hectic it can get but after 20min I freaked out and the lady that kept putting me on hold finally listened and stopped cutting me off told me the information that was missing, which they already had 2 weeks prior, said oops (did not apologize whatsoever) and then went to go check if they had the prescription in the back. So really it’s the lack of organization and the horrendous customer service that this review is 1 star. I have been waiting for this medication for the past month and a half by the way.
