“Simply the best experience. Evan and his brothers ( Barry's sons) were exceptional guides through nuances of my vintage watch and beyond. We delved into conversation about other items, trunks and even where to source some things they don't carry. In general, they made no effort to push items on me and made my experience wonderful. To say the customer service was 5 stars is an understanding. I left there with as happy as one could be. Thank you”

“Bought a solitaire diamond from Brilliance to upgrade my wife’s wedding ring for our 30th anniversary. Diamond was perfect, match specs in the description. It was very securely, discreetly, and professionally packaged. Once I purchased, Brilliance consistently sent me updates on status and when it would arrive. They required an adult to sign for it at my residence(thank you, a very expensive package). I would definitely buy from them again.”

“I went to the Tag Heuer store at Town center mall in Boca to get a battery for my watch. I spoke with a young gentleman, Jacob. He said he’d need to send the watch out because the particular tag i have needs a special tool to open the casing. He asked me if I had the warranty or when I purchased the watch. He guided me to find my watch online and took time and explained if it wasn’t under warranty it would cost a few hundred dollars. I came back the next day. Jacob took care of my issue. He saved me money; he is professional, knowledgeable and honest. If you are looking to purchase a watch from tag, Jacob is your guy!!”

“The moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile by Cris, who although very new to the store was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and welcoming. She will be a great asset to Mayors in the future. Also helping me was Flavia! She was also patient and had a vast understanding of my watch purchase needs. I highly recommend both of them to anyone looking to experience one on one service as expected. An honerable mention also Malaya(sp) as she did everything possible to make me feel comfortable with the minor adjustment to my watch bracelet. Very quick turnaround as I waited and I could not be happier with the way I was treated by all involved.”
