Rude personal bankers and manager that don't want to take time to help. Both never answer their phones or have a voicemail to get a call back.

Whenever I walk in to the branch there are never enough bankers to help. The lines are always long. Plus they keep rotating the bankers so it's impossible to build a working relationship with them. Tons of money was spent to redesign the interior which IMO didn't need it. They could have spent the money on hiring more bankers.

I will close my account after my experience here. Two people working in the entire bank on a Friday at 1:30pm. Waited over 30min for a teller. Whoever in charge could have cares less. No one here cares. Pretty sure this location will close soon

Stood in line for 20 minutes, had two tellers when first arrived. The 2nd teller left, leaving one teller for over 10 people. Most people left the location and voiced their disappointment to the manager who showed zero concern for the line that was out the door. AVOID THIS LOCATION.

They intentionally hire less people than they need. There are lines of up to 10+ people with only 1 teller assisting all of them. Such a shame since the customer service is great. They just need to hire more people.

This is a horrible branch. I walked in today 35 minute till close, and there was not one customer in the bank. Everyone was standing around having a good time doing nothing. Told them I wanted to open an account with them, first they said, they could not do it because they closed in 30 minutes and could not do it because it would take to long. When I asked to speak the manager I was directed into the office where two mangers was conversing one old white lady and a young white man, they to said the same thing. Now here it is not one customer in the building, there is 35 minutes left till closing and instead of them saying sure we'll do that for you even if it meant keeping me there 10 15 minutes past closing to not only gain a new customer, but just give great customer service, they much rather turn one person away so they can sit there for 35 minutes and do nothing. Just sad, never again.

This Location is by far one of the worst branches I have ever been to. They are under staffed or simply do not care to help the ONE teller out that is working. This is not the first time I have seen the line like this...here is a picture

This branch has THE WORST customer service. Absolutely nobody knows what they are doing. I was advised by the branch manager how to handle an issue I had and when I did what was asked, my account was locked, giving me no access to my money with pending payments already made on the account. And to top it off, the cashier's check that I was told to obtain and then deposited was held outside of my account for two business days (4 days total). DIDN'T EVEN SHOW UP AS PENDING! I was told by the manager "it's in a general ledger." How is this even legal? The manager told me "we don't have to help you; we can just sever ties with you now." And she wiped he hands in my face, as if brushing dirt off of them. This was over an error from another bank, that she had no desire to assist me with. All of this happened over a week's time. I have excellent credit, have never had an overdraft, never paid a bill late. And I was treated like dirt. It took me calling WF loss prevention and going to another branch to get my account unlocked in one hour! DO NOT BANK AT THIS BRANCH!

Understandably, handling an estate can be emotionally and mentally taxing. Aldo was patient, kind, helpful, and respectful of my time. We were able to complete what was needed.

Was in line at the drive-thru for a quick deposit and it was near closing time but was already in line. When I got to the teller, three different comments were made about how they were "closed" and almost refused me. I asked since I had already been waiting if they could just take my deposit. Then after making me wait further, they stated my check was "sloppy" because the pen ink was a tiny bit faded, and suggested that I should have just used mobile deposit instead .... who says this to a customer? So after the third comment I said nicely and for the second time, I appreciate them taking the check as they stated that they would be fine doing since I had already been waiting.So unbelievably rude, typically when I go to any Wells Fargo the staff is very pleasant and nice but this particular location the customer service needs a tremendous amount of work. Outwardly condescending and disrespectful to customers. Not appropriate.
