I’ve literally been in the bank line standing for 20 minutes waiting to cash a check, there are still 3 people in front of me and 6 behind me . There is only one teller working both drive thru and inside , absolutely ridiculous. Wells Fargo had no concern for others time or inconvenience! Worse Bank!!!

Worst customer service ever, might even be racist (giving them the benefit of the doubt and writing off as coincidental, though). Was never serviced, the two men in the banking service center were the worst. Everyone was complaining about the service and long wait time, and they’re laughing in the back. Definitely need to re-evaluate the workers, or the bank standard operation. 1 teller & 2 bank representatives who don’t even call the next guest or ask how they can help.

They have lazy workers working at the bank teller! Lazy lazy lazy. Do better the guy who worked today shift at this time need to be fired and the overweight lady need to be fired . They were gossiping and not serving long time customer . Closing my Wells Fargo account after today….

Terrible service!!!!!!! I walked in and 3 people was on the floor they all walked inside and the drive thru lady had to help me after helping the driver thru and they all walked out. What are they paying you for if you’re not helping customers that walking in the bank

My husband and I went today to this bank to open a CD account. We waited almost one hour, while the workers chatted and laughed with the costumers. We were ignored by the manager, first he said someone will be with us in 20 minutes, it never happened, we had to leave to work, wasted one hour for nothing. This bank should be close down, VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, even clients with Business accounts for over 20 years are IGNORED AND MISTREATED AT THIS BANK.!We are seriously thinking in changing bank ASAP!!! Don’t go there!!! Short staff, and very rude “ Manager”.

The worst location. I came to send a wire to the branch because it was over my online limit. I was told someone will be with me shortly, one hour and half wasted. Did not send wire at the end. Tellers were nice though.

There was an extremely rude middle eastern woman who treats everyone like her husband treat her and other women in these misogynist countries. The moment you enter, her angry face which you can barely see, acts as you are bothering her even without saying a word.

My experience at this branch was excellent and both Nathan, the branch manager, and Fabiola, the banker who helped me, treated me very well. I came in to address credit card fraud, and they took their time in answering all of my questions.

The staff at this Wells Fargo branch have been very helpful over the years. Every single employee (new and old) have done a great job displaying a high level of professionalism. They've always greeted me by name with a smile. The positivity goes a long way. They make my bank visits fast and painless. As a business owner, I can't ask for a better team managing my money. Thank you for being a decent bank. There's not many out there. See you tomorrow!
