My fries were cold. I did a mobile order and I had to go to the driver through twice to get my food the first time and back around again to get the BBQ sauce. She had the bag out the window waiting but did not pay attention to the actualorder. It was self explanatory. Customer service at most of these fast food places has really gone down hill.

Pretty quick experience, I really think the mobile app and the restaurant doesn't sync very well. Some stores have everything ready, and some stores have to pull it up

Drive thru attendants are always helpful. Can get busy at times but food has always been good and fresh. A little pricey compared to other options. Love the burgers, fries, baked potatoes and frostys.

Ordered a number 8 combo meal. The said manager told me it was $14 , so I questioned him because it seemed a little high. He said it was because I got a large sized order. I said okay, I'll take a medium. When I got my food, I noticed he had charged me for a double patty when it should have been a single. Wendy's always asks you if you want a single or double. He took it upon himself to charge me for a double without asking.

The attendant took awhile to attend me and then she wanna super charge me almost $15 dollars for a son of baconator combo, that I usually pay max $12. That was insane!

Extremely rude staff. The Caucasian girl Caroline in the drive thru window was very snappy. I felt my order amount was too high so I rightfully asked for a receipt which should’ve been given to me without asking. She added an extra item and I pointed it out to her and the manager. The manager happily refunded me, but you could tell Caroline had a nasty attitude. As I was driving off, I realize she forgot one of my drinks as well so I turned around and I asked for a drink, and she started doing this hand motion as if she was rushing me, so that’s when I asked for the manager. Working in fast food can be tiresome, but if I’m a pain customer and I’m not giving you attitude, then you shouldn’t be giving me attitude either. There are so many other Wendy’s in the area that I will patronize gladly regardless if this one is up the street from my house. Better training needs to be given.

He took it upon himself to charge me for a double without asking. I confronted the manager about the mistake and he told me they always charge a double unless the customer requests otherwise. No where on the menu does it state that a double will be rang up. I asked for it to be charged as a single, which he complies. Then the manager asks me to throw away the double sandwich and that they will make another single burger. Wow what ridiculous pettiness by the manager. Instead of just owning the mistake, they force the customer to throw away food. This is not customer service.

If I could give it a ZERO I would, rude ignorant staff. I came to restaurant by default because Jimmy Johns was closed and not only did they get the order wrong, but refused to bring missing items back out with the hot fries I requested. The manager is afraid to say anything to staff, because rudeness should not be tolerated.
