Came to pick up my grandmas meds. And this lady Stacy wanted to be rude. I feel like she genuinely thinks everyone is stupid. And then acts like it's no problem

I swear you could find better employees at the McDonald's drive-through in the same plaza.. This is more of a complaint regarding Wallgreens CORPORATION as opposed to the employees at the store. You can clearly tell they are poorly trained, overworked and understaffed. But GODDAMN this pharmacy really drives me crazy whenever I need a prescription. 0 efficiency with just about Everything. Regardless of the prescription, expect to exchange about 10 phone calls between your doctor, provider, this store or your insurance. It's always something, just like that fast food place that forgets some extra sauce that you asked for, except that we are talking about serious and crucial medications that will certainly mess up your brain chemistry, not some barbecue sauce to complement your fries. WALGREENS QUIT CUTTING COSTS AND TRAIN YOUR OVERWORKED EMPLOYUnless this specific Walgreens location is your only choice to get your meds, then I hope you have the highest level of patience. Otherwise stay away because they will drive you NUTS.

Review is for Covid Booster only: Appointments are incredibly easy to make online, processing/paperwork in-store is quick, waiting area is spacious enough, and the procedure takes exactly 30 seconds. No muss no fuss.

Called the pharmacy to ask about the N95 masks the person over the phone was more than rude!! No manners and unprofessional, because of her I will never go back to that Walgreens nor recommend this location.

They suck , horrible drive through if they don't want to repeat themselves they just hang up the phone. Not your typical Walgreens costumer service. Had an appointment for 9:45 they told me to go for a drive and come back an hour later .... Came back an hour later and took about 30 min in the drive through to find my appointment information when I tried showing them my email confirmation. Truly sucks .... I understand hey are busy but what's the point of an appointment then ??

Horrible service at the pharmacy. Waited 20 minutes to check in with only 5-6 ppl in line (and 3 employees working), and no one acknowledged the long wait although several members of the staff would make eye contact and see me waiting (when no one else was left in line) and would walk away for other tasks. Everyone looks bored or uninterested behind the counter, no smiles or any attempt to provide customer service. Then I got a girl in training who did't know how to set up my account/appointment and her trainer seems competent but was among the 3-4 employees that continue to ignore my presence. I arrived 10 min early for my scheduled appointment and still ended up not being seen at the counter just to sign in and register until 30 min after my scheduled time. Then when I asked how much longer for the shot, they told me 25-30 minutes (at this point 35-40 min after my scheduled appointment time). At this point I walked out and left without my vaccine, as my boyfriend got his shot at Publix with no wait and was out the door in under 20 min. I usually go to Publix for my prescriptions, and CVS for minute clinic, and this experience shows me I've been right not to come to Walgreens and will never return to Walgreens pharmacy for services again.

Good selection, wish the employees and pharmacy worked faster, but good selection and decent prices.

I wish there was less than a one star review because the service here was absolutely AWFUL. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. The cashier was condescending and rude and refuse to honor a coupon that was full and valid. Absolutely TERRIBLE SERVICE!

I stopped by this Walgreens to find a birthday gift for my cousin. It's a little over a week since Christmas, a great time to find discounted gifts, I also shop for myself so that I can take advantage of the end of the year sales. I was surprised to find that a lot of the shelves were bare. The center isle, where I usually find holiday leftovers had small pockets of products with signs saying Christmas 50% off. There were a few items I was interested in. The problem was hardly anything had prices on them. I found a few items I wanted to buy and a few items that I wanted to price. Only one register had an attendant. The line was long, but another register opened, and then i moved faster. I asked the cashier to give me the price on a few items. Turns out they weren't even on sale. I still bought a few things including two boxes of candy which were on sale. I'm glad I got a few after Christmas bargains.

I entered my phone number on the screen for the rewards points. The screen popped up, I got the chance to read that one of the buttons said cancel and the other button said join now. Before I could read the rest of the screen, the cashier reached over and pushed to join now button. When I ask her what she just signed me up for she said that I signed up for it. Not sure why your employees feel ok making personal decisions for customers, but that was the last time I enter any personal info into any machine at any Walgreens location. How dense does a staff member have to be to think it's ok to enroll customers in programs without their consent?

...I wanted to share this as a buyer beware notice..I purchased 2 Vanilla Visa gift cards from Walgreens in Boca the day before Thanksgiving for $340 each plus the $6.95 activation fees. After the cards were opened, there were only 12 numbers instead of the usual 16 and no cvv number. I immediately returned to Walgreens and spoke to their manager Mr. Doyle who said he couldn't do anything about it, and quite frankly was almost acting as if I tampered with the cards instead of immediately exchanging these defective cards. I asked him to try and purchase new cards and would be willing to lose the $6.95 fee, but when he went to swipe the cards, they didn't work. I had purchased them through their pharmacy drive-through, and the girl at the drive-through had stapled the gift receipts to the cards. When Mr. Doyle saw the staple, he asked why it had a staple in each card? I told him to ask his employee who had stapled the gift receipt to it after I purchased them. He refused to give me my money back and proceeded to give me Visa's number. The calls are all routed to Asia and the robotic response from every associate I spoke to was that I have to wait until their research dept reviews my receipt, license, and front and back of the gift cards which they had me email. Even their supervisors did not go off that scripted response. One associate slipped up and new the amount I had funded them with when I first called, but refused to assure me that I would be getting replacement cards. They know from the identitying numbers on the back of the card that it hadn't been used, but instead of saying...so sorry, we will replace these defective cards asap, they said to expect an answer in 20 days, again not saying anything about a refund or new replacement cards. This incident has been beyond eye opening for me. I am trying to remain positive, but aside from the fact that I had to make rignt to the people I gave the cards to, it has been embarrassing and maddening. I am beyond frustrated. I do not understand why the Walgreens in Boca will not refund me my money, or give me 2 active cards that actually work. Instead, I was faced with an accusational tone by the manager who did absolutely nothing to assist me. I am putting this on Facebook and yelp because it is the holiday season and I want everyone to beaware of this scam that I believe Walgreens is perpetuating through their lack of assistance in helping me to retrieve my lost money. They should have fought this with Visa as a corporation and refunded me my money or exchanged the cards. They basically took my cash and sold me useless plastic. Buyers beware as many will purchase gift cards at this time of year, and I would hate to see this happen to anybody else. If anyone has any advice, I could really use it right now. I am extremely distraught over this situation as financially it came at a pretty bad time for me to just lose $680.

Stopped in for an Arizona Iced Tea when I was working in the area. I am a frequent customer of other locations and never had an issue. This location however had one of the rudest people I have ever met running the checkout up front. I am hard of hearing, and the masks that we have to wear to protect against covid make it impossible to read lips. I asked the cashier to repeat one thing and then she got an attitude with me, and started at me in Spanish. Now my Spanish isn't that good but I definitely heard a few curse words that I do know. I will never go back to this location.

I have better service at the Glades location. Called Palmetto/441 location three days ahead to make sure meds would be in stock. Was told no problem it'll be ready by 8:30am on refill date. When I arrived I was told sorry, it would be following week 5 days after my previous 30 day supply was empty. Remember I called in advance, right?! Happened a few days to 5 days each month until now, three weeks behind my original refill date. Glades Road location keeps their promise. Was told delivery was usually on Wednesday so I always verify my refills will be there. They've been nice enough at both locations but if you prepare ahead, does it really matter how nicely someone says sorry? Thought 24hr. Location would be an advantage BUT it isn't. Glades & 441 much more reliable. Still better than CVS.

horrible experience at the pharmacy. I had had bad experiences with delivery but today, it drove me crazy. first of all, i drop off a script on Friday at 12:00 pm and i was told that it would be available at 3:00 pm. I go back at 3:10 pm and the medicine was not ready. I was informed that it will be ready but they did not know when. I waited 20 mins. it was not ready yet. I requested it to be delivered for Monday. Monday came, no deliver. I called and i was told it would be delivered on Tuesday. Tuesday came, no deliver. I drove to the drive through window. I waited 30 mins. to get to the window. I was ignored by the woman at the window. She kept laughing and having a conversation with another staff member and kept looking at her cellphone. I waited and waited she must to have a fun conversation as she kept wiggling her body and laughing. I looked behind my car now there are 4 more cars waiting. Finally, the woman holds the medicine on her hands and puts it down, looks at her phone, still talking to the other staff member as she is ringing someone else's medicine. Then my medicine finally gets scanned and as she is distracted laughing she proceeds to the register and gets my change. She is still talking and puts the money down on the counter. 25 mins later she finally gives me the medicine and change through a window. i exploded on her nicely telling her that she has no consideration for customers time. She closed the window and of course she couldn't hear my complaints anymore. I proceeded to call the store manager and the assistant manager comes to the phone. I explained the reason for my call and she just gave me the "aaha, okay, i will see what is going on". frankly, she seemed like she did not care. i would never use that Walgreens again.
