Post Covid, supermarket food prices have become shockingly high in this area, and this Publix is no exception! Still some decent buys, but overall prices have become more like Whole Paycheck at home! Store is clean and food quality is decent, but you may need to access your HELOC if you shop for a week's worth of groceries!

It's a mid-size Publix, tucked away behind some trees with a very calm parking lot (compared to the total mayhem up at the larger one on R.7 and Glades); they have the full offering of the vegetarian and vegan subs, though our preparer was a little too oil happy

I really want to let you know how amazing the catering trays are at the Publix on Palmetto and Powerline in the Garden shops. We ordered multiple platters including cold cuts, cheese platter, high rollers, prosciutto skewers and cold chicken tenders All were made fresh just an hour before pick up. The deli person had called with concerns about some necessary cheese substitutes and was interested and knowledgeable. The prices were very reasonable during this time of food sticker shock. Really great choice for a crowd. Shopping in this Publix is generally a good experience, although I personally avoid their fresh fish and find the fresh fruit and vegetables not the best but adequate for my busy shopping trips.

Well what can you say about Publix?! Most of the time it's got what ya need to put some food in the fridge. Some of the staff are ok and some of the staff is above ok. The two cashiers we deal with are absolutely wonderful. We aren't fans of the self check out thing. Have tried special ordering some of our favorite butter and the people we left our number with several times over the year never call back. But like I said what can you say when the moods and products change so often. We continue to shop and do our thing here.

This is the worst publix i have ever been to.Do not ask the guys in the meat department for any special orders they get very annoyed, they talk haitian very very loud.Noone in the deli department can cut coldcuts right Even .before 2020 they are always out of everything. The two guys in frozen foods very rude never smile. Were do they find these people who work here.If they are stocking the shelves and you need something they will not move out of the way.I would rather drive 30 minutes and go to a better publix.Lets not forget the black women at the register who is always asking for money for some charity if someone gives she makes alot of noise.Rudest publix in south florida.

Friendly, lovely staff! Carolyn, a manager or such ,is always walking around the store picking debris off the floor, straightening shelves, helping customers find items and whatever is needed. She always has a smile on her face. I find some of the clientele there are a bit demanding at times, but this staff takes it all in stride and is always pleasant

This is in regards to Cassandra in the Deli Department. This girl made my sandwich so well I almost put a ring on it. She chopped my chicken tender sub to bits like she had been a lumberjack in a past life. She was so sweet I almost got a tooth ache. If you see her behind the counter- thank god because you're about to be blessed!!!!!

Great chicken tender sub . Ask to scoop the bread out so you'll have more space for lettuce and spinach 5 stars

The best supermarket, period! Clean stores, fresh food, and friendly staff. We moved from NYC to Delray Beach and I can tell you there is no comparison on how the customers are treated there and here. Returns are super easy with no hassle. The overall experience is superior to even Whole Foods!

I go this Publix nearly everyday. I love the store and the cashiers and help are always polite even despite the Covid and nasty customers they get each day. However, with that said, I have transferred all of my RX over to them and the help there is very rude. There is only one young lady, maybe in her early 20s that is always smiling and answers questions with a smile. I understand that the pandemic has people stressed as I too work with customers all over the US and it's not always a pleasure. My RX quantity was different this time and I had asked why. I was given the worst attitude almost like I was stupid. I was asking because I always get the same amount for years and apparently, insurance would not cover , so that's all I needed to know. I will go through Good RX, no big deal.I am clearing things up with the Dr on my end and explained to her to please understand that I am not aware either and she only had to tell me it was the insurance instead of the "I don't know what do you want me to do?" Today I called again to see if it was cleared by the Dr and got the same attitude. I called the Dr and asked that it be sent. I got two alerts on my phone showing meds were ready. I called to be sure and the RX was not for that particular RX. So I said I just don't want to come there until that is there as well, so I don't make two trips. Seems as if I am annoying them. I am never rude and I pulled all of my stuff and my sons from Costco which is actually less money but I always am in Publix ,so I figured why not give my business to them? I'm wondering if I made a mistake as I feel like I am ruining their day by asking questions. My son was there a few weeks ago as well and too got back in the cat to tell me how rudely he had been treated.I hope Publix Pharmacy can try a little harder to be friendly, as it not only makes the customers day better but there's too for wearing a smile instead of looking and acting like they can't wait to get off the clock and that your interrupting their day .

This locations deli dept. pretty much ruins the entire shopping experience. 4/5 times I encounter an employee at the deli, with horrific "customer service" who has no business dealing with the public. When a customer greets you with respect and is polite, there is no need to reply with rudeness. The majority of the "team" at this Publix deli is rude, combative and aggressive to the point if I see certain employees behind the counter, I don't even bother. Go buy your Boars Head elsewhere as per the reviews on this location that date back years, the deli has apparently always been poorly operated by employees who lack adequate training or people skills as there are plently of folks who've taken the time to not only go to management but post reviews on the very much lacking deli department.

This is a very cleaned and stocked Publix and the workers are always very courteous. However, one person stands out a lot; Sandia is probably one of the nicest and friendliest people I've ever met! If she's on cash register, definitely go through her line. And if anyone who works at Publix sees this, give that girl a raise.

One of your employees was very rude to me in the parking lot. I parked my car and he was putting the carts together. I picked a spot and parked. The man was in the next spot. When I went out my car, he confronted me "if I hit you it would have been my fault, right?" I didn't get what was happening at first then I realized he was complaining about me parking in the nearby parking spot. I said "I didn't see you" I meant he wasn't any closer to the spot I picked and then he started mocking me with a customer "if you can't see how do you drive? You shouldn't drive!" I walked away. It was a very bad experience altogether.
