Publix reminds me of Safeway back home. They carry a lot of national branded stuff - very different from the regional all natural stuff you'd see how Whole Foods. I'd say compared to Safeway their bakery is way better and they also carry selection of exotic plantain chips. Outside of that everything else looks similar.

This is the most overpriced food store in south Florida. They are good for one thing that is their pharmacy. Otherwise buyer beware. Convenience is not worth a dollar a half to 2 dollars an item. Premium prices in a supermarket.

I had heard from many people about the prepared foods and sushi at Publix. We were in the area and I had a craving for a bit of a snack and I was very happy and impressed with the assortment of sushi options they had. I had a Dragon Roll and it was very nice. The outside of the roll was crunchy and the inside tasted fresh and moist. As always, the cashiers at Publix are courteous and friendly. This store was not exception. A nice stop for inexpensive sushi !!!

Publix is a great grocery chain and this store epitomizes why. The employees are friendly and very willing to help you find what you need. The cashiers interact with customers and are genuinely interested in our shopping satisfaction. The bakery is fabulous! The wine and beer selection is very good. Fruits and vegetables are fresh. The subs are beyond compare. Perhaps the meat selection is only average. But the overall experience is 5 star! And it is so kind of even the older baggers to offer to help me take my groceries to my car!

This doesn’t seem a legit location. I tried to buy a money order and the Publix manager demanded to see a receipt or a bill to know how I going to spend the money !???

I was in the store today and the woman preparing my sub in the deli had a thick accent and at one point because I had to ask her to repeat herself, she was rude and acted annoyed by this. This was very unnecessary and not the way to treat a customer. I work in customer service and it's very important to always treat customer's with kindness and respect.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this Publix store--in particular the Pharmacy Department. They are always so understanding, helpful, and do whatever they can to ensure my mother's complex health needs are met. I can only imagine that the Pharmacy is inundated with complex health issues, especially in the pandemic. I had to move home from across the country since my mother's stroke, and it's just been a breath of fresh air working with this Publix Pharmacy. I haven't shopped around other pharmacies, and no one asked me to do this but I wanted to because I know they are doing everything they can, and then some. I also was running a medical clinic and moved back for my mom, but one of my patients wrote a really nice review about me and my team, so I also want to pay it forward. Good deeds should be known. Thank you Publix Pharmacy for keeping my mom healthy in the most stressful times in our lives and in the midst of a historical pandemic. Mom is getting better every day!

This is not my usual Publix but I have stopped in here a few times on my way to or from my office. It's an older store but it's very clean. I've been using Instacart for a while now but I needed to pick up fresh vegetables to prepare a salad. I was nervous about going but I was pleasantly surprised and pleased to see this store is taking the necessary precautions to keep everyone safe. The manager greeted me and gave me a cheery good morning, the produce guy helped me find my pistachio nuts and the cashier was super nice when she checked me out. Lots of parking, clean store and a happy staff. I'll be back.

Out of all the Publix's I've been to in my life, this Publix in particular is phenomenal. The employees and managers are extremely helpful and attentive. The customer service is out of this world if I can give it 10 stars I would. Im very pleased!

Well they are following Covid 19 protocol but I can't stand when I see people not wearing masks, I push the car the other way. Things seem to have calmed down and you are able to buy almost everything (even paper towels and toilet paper) but it doesn't feel like the friendly place it used to be. Although my last trip I couldn't find the pasta zero- they said they only get it in every couple of weeks. And they were all out of the plain type. I am hoping that things will change at some point. I am glad to see the plexiglass at the cashiers and I wish we were allowed to bring in our own bags because basically when I get home I throw out all the Publix bags now (due to Covid). I think they should have more sales to encourage people to shop!

This is a great location. The staff is always very friendly and helpful, making it a nice experience. The store is very clean and well stocked. I also really appreciate how hard they are working during this virus scare.

Yesterday my fiancé got home from work exhausted and starving and I needed to run to the store quickly and get back ASAP. I ran to the closest Publix and was so frustrated by the lack of English at the seafood counter or help in general I walked out and drove from Delray into Boca because I'd always found this store pleasant. At the end of a stressful day, frazzled, and hopeful I'd not be returning to a frustrated man, I found this store a relief. The gentleman at the seafood counter was very helpful, finding a new piece of salmon from the back so I could have two, equal .75 lb filets of salmon from the center. He was friendly and patient. After having handed it to me he came to find me in produce to inform me he'd miss-labeled it. He took it, then came back to find me to return it at a lower price. Then, I needed a particular tea that wasn't on the shelf, and a stock-clerk from frozen food helped me in the grocery department. Having worked for publix in college, I know that trying to go outside of your department can be challenging. I wandered about and again, he found me with the very last one they had. EVERYONE that works here greets you with a smile and many are quite happy to engage in small-talk. For a small store it's well stocked and they have enough registers open that I've never found myself waiting long. I'll make the slightly further drive for the old Publix experience any day.

I shop at this location the most, even though it's not close to me, just because the folks on the floor, registers and cust serv are all about actual customer service. I have zero problems with using coupons and sales or when I have a return. Above that, they're all friendly and almost always ask if they can help me get my groceries to my car. I wish more stores I shop were this pleasant.
