*****POOR RETURN POLICY*****I paid cash for 1 All Clad frying pan for $249. I never used it and came back to return it 7 days later. They told me they cannot give me my cash back. They said that in about 2-3 weeks a check will get mailed out. What a bunch of jerks. I spent $1,400 in the store the day I bought the pan. Now its 2-3 weeks for a check that who knows when and if I ever get it? The day I bought the pan, I needed to pay that minute, or I wouldn't get the pan. Now all I get is "go check your mailbox in a few weeks".....Neither I nor my wife will EVER buy anything from William Sonoma again. Not to mention that everything in their store is waaaaay overpriced. They lost some customers today.

Store has terrible customer service. Seems Isabell needs more training. She is unable to operate a register correctly. Hopefully she is seasonal help. Do yourself a favor and order from their online store.

Williams-Sonoma used to be great but now it's overpriced, regurgitated cookware.Shopping experience has gone downhill, especially when you cannot just place an order and expect a delivery .. they instead require multiple phone calls with their fraud department because they don't have their act together.I really enjoyed the experience at Crate & Barrel, or even World Market and other competitors compared to here. Just buy directly from Breville, KitchenAid, Wusthof, or Le C ~ and skip the mark up ecommerce nightmare.

I had one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve had anywhere in the past few years. My husband and I went to obtain a credit for a gift I wanted to return. This quickly became the biggest ordeal. The first woman told me I couldn’t obtain a credit to use at another time, I HAD to exchange it today; then NO ONE wanted to handle the exchange ( except for the nice, new employee); then no one would help her so we stood there for what seemed like a very long time; then, when there was an entire $1 left over, they wouldn’t give it to me and I had to use it today! I can’t even count the number of times they told me they couldn’t do a return w/out a receipt. Today I recalled the reading why I had stopped shopping here.

What I love about Williams Sonoma is the usually items for the kitchen that no one else carries. This particular visit I was seeking out a mold for a huge ball ice cube for my cocktails. To elevate the experience at home that I would normally get at an upscale cocktail bar. They sold it in silicon and I got one. Also Whole I am here I get my usual staples of pink grapefruit counter cleaner for my kitchen marble counters it comes in a spray. This and there hot cocoa mix made with real chocolate shavings are must haves. The staff here are always very knowledgeable about what you are looking for. If you can't get it here you can always get it on Williams Sonoma online order enough and you get free shipping.

Williams-Sonoma is your place to go for house supplies, including coffee machines, furnitures kitchen tools, set of dishes, glass, silverware. Prices are reasonable. The store is in front of Solstice. Its also close to an entrance by the La Boulangerie bakery. Parking is also easy to access.

I bought a Sonoma nonstick Spatula thinking it was the best place to do it, but it was the worse decision ever. Went back to the store and nicely asked to be changed, the Manager not nicely at all said there’s no refund for a burn spatula, I answered saying that it was not my fault it is the bad material of your Sonoma products. She didn’t even care about my health….really bad customer service not really recommended!!!

Williams and Sonoma got its start way back in 1947 when Chuck Williams opened a hardware store in Sonoma, California. After a visit to France with some foodie friends he got the idea of bringing French kitchenware like omelet pans and soufflé molds to America. He converted his hardware store to a specialized French cookware store and began selling restaurant quality cookware like copper pans and chefs knives to home cooks. Williams designed a logo using a woodcut illustration of a pineapple because they have been a symbol of hospitality since the days of the American colonies In 1958 Williams moved his store to San Francisco and soon it was patronized by the likes of Julia Childs and James Beard. In 1972 he formed the corporation Williams-Sonoma, Inc. with business partners and began a catalog mail order business. In 1973 Williams and Sonoma opened their second store on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills and introduced the Cuisinart food processor to the American public. By the early 1990's Williams and Sonoma was launching larger stores with a larger variety of items. In 2006 Williams and Sonoma celebrated their 50th anniversary. Chuck Williams passed away in 2015 shortly after celebrating his 100th birthday but his legacy of bringing professional cookware to home chefs continues on. Today you can shop online or at one of the over 200 Williams and Sonoma stores located around the world. This Williams and Sonoma is located in the Town Center at Boca Raton. I was dining at a nearby restaurant and decided to stop in on my way out of the mall to check out the kitchen gadgets. Unfortunately I did not have the best customer service experience here and when you are selling pricey items that is really important. There is another Williams and Sonoma in Mizner Park in Boca and I will go to that store next time.

I had made an online purchase for a toaster. However the bottom tray would not stay closed, so I decided to return it . It was a great customer experience. They have adequate staff to assist right away and the return process was super easy.

So So So frustrated. In December I went to the store and after looking at coffee makers, I decided to make a purchase. I bought 1 of the $3000 coffee makers, with a $250 attachment and bought $300 in pots, When I went to checkout, the lady said, we have a special promotion where you get 10% cash back if you sign up for key rewards and purchase with a william sonoma credit card. I said, I dont need another credit card, but this is almost $4000 worth of stuff and I would get $400 back, so why not. I applied and got approved, but for only $2000. SO I maxed out the card, paid the difference, went to their back door of the mall entrance to get the coffee machine since it was heavy. Now we are in the end of February and after 1.5 hours on the phone with key rewards and the credit card company, I find out the girl at the register signed me up for 0% interest, not %10 cash back.....uuugghhh. I had paid off the credit card 5 days later, I didnt need 0% interest. Now I have to wait another 5 days hoping they will change the purchase back to 10% cash back instead of 0% interest. The other $2000 I paid in cash at the store, was also not rewarded to me on my key rewards credit card. WOW, this girl at the store really screwed me over. On top of ALL this, I went back to the store a few weeks later to purchase more items. I waited about 20 minutes in line (around Christmas time), and when I arrived at the counter to use my account, they asked for the WS credit card, I said I dont carry it, cant you just pull up my account with my phone number and they said NO. Rediculous!!! I never carry department store credit cards, I always use my phone number and ID or social and ID. I put down my stuff and walked out of the store. SO SO SO FRUSTRATED. Be ware of this reward program gimmic and I would stay away from their credit card promotions as well. Use a generic cash back credit card, or crypto credit card, you get more cash back and its easier.
